Don't order Rocker Somnus Neo Fibre LED Gaming Bed from Smyth . Order 2 of them ones arrived 5.00pm and another ones didn't now to arrive on Monday that's after paying extra for am delivery one a so refund for the am delivery and Smyth told us what we complain about as Monday the last day we can receive them . Because we were told they would be here today . Thanks Smyth kids will just need to sleep on the floor on a mattress. Will not be shopping at Smyth again

This is a great toy store packed to the rafters with the latest toys and games with good parking right outside. Find most of the staff knowledgeable and helpful one other piece of advice don't bring the children they will be changing their minds in every aisle

Most of the toys are second hand toys specially games and PlayStation please never ever buy any game or electronics stuff in the symth box 90/ of them been used and opened .
. Staff are really rude and not good managers at all.
I bought PlayStation 5 which they were told us it’s new and never been open but actually it was open coz some parts was missing then when I returned it back they refused to get it back coz of a little scratch on side box which when I bought it was same condition . Manegar are very rude and not helping customers at all.
Games, electric stuff and toys are second hand which they sale them as new just be careful of them .

Absolutely terrible handling. I was at the till to be served and the brunette lady (Leeanne was the name on the receipt) was so violent with my items, smashing my purchase into the bag, I could hear crunching sounds. Try not to be served by her if you want your gifts to be presentable, mine turned into a mess.
