Went into the store yesterday to buy my twin grandsons Christmas presents. Collected a few things off the shelves but was really interested in buying a Nintendo switch. I had no idea what they do but I had the most amazing assistant called Freya who literally took a good 15 minutes explaining every detail to me in ways I could understand. Not only that she guided me to the best deal going. Cannot say I have ever had another assistant help me the way she did. You certainly have an amazing member of staff working for you.

Really disappointed to find nowhere to feed my baby. The initial person I asked seemed to be a manager and pointed me to the customer toilet, which has nowhere to sit down and was filthy (toilet seat covered in wee and not flushed). The next member of staff found me a computer chair and put it in a corridor next to the draughty fire exit and a mouse catcher. I was oddly grateful as it was better than nothing. I expect more from a shop centred around families. Selection of toys was fine otherwise.

Great store to visit with kids. So many options to choose from. Very helpful staff. They indoor and outdoor toys. Toy for mostly every age child. Girls and boys both have so many options. My kids always get confused choosing from so many exciting different options. Neat and clean store. Kids always excited to go to this store. Just one suggestion that there should be toilets in the store specifically for children if possible. Otherwise all good.

We went to Smyths this morning to shop for a car seat for our grandson, Craig came to assist us and was very helpful, informed us of all features for the seats, came and checked the car for iso fixings which I’d never heard of but fully aware now. He couldn’t have been more helpful, absolutely fantastic service and support and can’t thank him enough, not forgetting Matthew who served us at the till who was very friendly. Thank you both, absolute pleasure shopping with you.

An excellent service, when we went to purchase a car seat for my kid, one of the women staff approach me very friendly and she explained about the features very well and she demonstrated in my car how to use it perfectly, Really appreciated her efforts to do for customer satisfaction….
