Just want to say Cameron has excellent customer service and knowledge. We came in today for pokemon cards. He went above and beyond showing us what was available. We left happy with what we had bought. I'm sure our nephews will love them.

Where do I start, brought an electronic from them. Payed a lot of money for it. It was covered in dust, so of course I was going to open it to make sure it's OK. Go back to ask for refund won't accept it as has been opened. So u expect me to be ok with a product which was covered in dust and not open it and not check its ok. Also the fact is I practically felt ganged up on by a group of staff when all I wanted to do was return an Item which hadn't even been used. So don't bother buying anything which you might have to return if you've opened it for any reason. They will make you feel small and like its your fault. Maybe start cleaning your shelves and products before selling them. Disgusting.

My 7 old grandson came home very disappointed today having been told he couldn't use his vouchers he had for Christmas. Apparently nationwide issue accepting the cards . Very little signage saying this. Only a couple of tils saying not accepting gift cards so went to til that didn't have sign to be told no vouchers can't be accepted due to glitch on system ! Shop was packed. Seems a coincidence straight after Christmas @

Purchased a baby to toddler rocker/chair for my granddaughter to use when she visits. Bought it on line to collect in store. Nice and easy experience when collecting the chair. Staff very pleasant. Had a quick look round the store. Huge variety of toys. Will definitely be back.
