The store itself is obviously amazing filled with toys for all ages, however went in today to get our toddlers Christmas gifts and I’ve never felt less christmasy anywhere. For a children’s store it was appalling. We are spending money regardless and that definitely seemed apparent in this store!

I love Lego. This place is a toy lover's paradise. It has everything from building blocks for friends to bicycles for adults. I know more about Lego, some of the prices here are special, and you can find products from a long time ago. The staff were also very friendly and it was a great experience.

Amazing toy store, all what you need will found there, for Lego lovers its a treasure, rare models and discounts, my son was surprised than when he visited Lego land shop, we also got Free Lego small packs ? it is the perfect place to find your toy

Bought a fairy little tykes car and when I built it there was a fault .so called the shop and spoke to Steven who said I can take it back in and mechanic will look at it and probably make it up for me,
That's exact what happened, Very stress free and great service

Got a bike for my 3 year old. A customer and a salesman were already talking in the Bike aisle. Waited 2-3 minutes and the guy hailed an additional member of staff. Don’t mind the wait, I’m assuming he thought he’d be done with the other customer quicker.

Was met by Trevor, lovely gentleman, showed us the three bikes that were suitable. Was a great experience.

I really didn't think we got service like this now!. We were in looking for a car seat for our baby grandaughter. Diane the sales assistant could not do enough for
us , she was so knowledgeable about her stock and could not have been more kind and helpful to us, you could tell she loved her job . We will definitely be back. I hope her company appreciate and recognises her enthusiasm, and dedication to her job.

If I could give a million stars, I would. I had an issue with a product and subsequent issue with the manufacturer where they were unable/unwilling to provide me with a replacement product. This was purchased at Smyths so as a last ditch attempt before having to spend an addition £400 I went in to speak to staff to see if they could offer assistance and they went above and beyond, reached out to manufacturer and other Smyths stores until they were finally able to get a replacement product keeping me up to date the whole time.
