came in looking for menthol ejuice. The lady said she didn't have any and suggested clear. I asked her what it was and she explained it to me and I said no thank you and she looked at me and scoffed then said "well don't waste my time then" and walked away. It was incredibly rude. I smiled at her and was being nice and she didn't have what I was looking for and said that and said thank you and got a very rude response. Unbelievable.

I have been coming to this store for over two years now and have had the utmost respect from the owner. She is an amazing, outstanding person doing all she can to support her family! Her tobacco/cigarettes prices are the cheapest I have found in Valley Springs thus far. The tabcco pipes are worth the price you pay when you may be able to find them in other parts of the town but I have found they don't last long, if you don't take care of them what pipe doesn't last long all glass breaks easily if mistreated. She sells and offers cases for all shapes and sizes and again the price you pay is well worth the product. She has become a good part of my favorite place to come weather its for a simple snack, cigar, cigarette, even hookahs, charcoal and flavors or quick birthday or even an odd ball Christmas present or just a happy hello and how are you doing today!? The owner has made a long lasting impression on me and I will always choose the Smoke Shack as my number one place to come before any other business around here in Valley Springs! I recommend Smoke Shack to everyone I know and have never heard anything negative about their experience once they have left the store and trust me they buy more than just a pack of smokes. So please I hope you read what I have written and check out the Smoke Shack. Some say she's over priced on some of the things she has but that's because she stands by good quality items and it's well worth the price we pay. So please come in and enjoy look around for yourself and see what I'm talking about.

These people are straight up robbing anyone buying anything from this store . They just tried charging me $12.99 for a straight glass tube. That they pay 10¢ for. That's a 1200% mark up I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this place. The smoke shop in Jamestown Ca . Way better . They have awesome selection way cooler an better stuff an fair prices.
This place sucks save your money an go elsewhere we're. She's rude as hell too

I've been shopping here for at least a year and so has my lady. We've had nothing but good experiences and great customer service. It's a small business owned by a woman who does her level best to accommodate her customers. Several times she has gone out of her way to help us. Another reviewer made some petty remarks about this business Re: quality of merchandise and customer service. This business is a typical small town shop and carries merchandise that suits the community. If anyone is expecting Tiffanies, then go to a city that has upscale stores to shop. The lady who owns this business has always treated us with respect and helped us with our purchases. I fully recommend the "Smoke Shack".

Good prices on cigarettes. Bunch of other random things such as shirts and cheap artwork to buy. They sell other paraphernalia as well. Basic boring glass, nothing worth looking at in that section unless you want something overpriced for being cheap and plain. Their e-liquid vapes are expensive. The customer service is mostly miss and very little hit. Sometimes it's OK, usually it's pretty rough. Very broken English, most of the time she is on the phone having a conversation in her native language instead of helping customers or listening to them. Her young son is frequently there to inform people that his slacking mother will be there to help eventually. She doesn't listen when you tell her what you want to buy, you have to repeat it multiple times because she doesn't really care to pay attention to you as a customer spending your hard earned money. This can be frustrating, but we don't have many options here. The only thing I really get there these days is e-liquid.

Very nice and hospitable but some things are over priced. It is a smoke shop so I get it! The small smoke shops are hit the hardest when we have unprecedented times! So I don’t mind giving my money locally it does feel better.

Way too expensive and dishonest. The woman there was more focused on her personal phone call as well. I went to buy regular zig zag rolling papers and the $ was 4 dollars. The woman working there tried to tell me all the prices went up in Calif as on Jan 1st. I went somewhere else and they were 2 dollars.

Was buying a e cig nothing to fancy and all the fixings for it I asked if they did a miltary discount never hurts asking I honestly do not mind at all if a business don't I just think it's cool if businesses do. but I personally thought it was umprofosional by them saying and i quote "that's bad for business" with a bad attude.... just a simple sorry we dont was all that was needed to be said. well that was bad for business because I don't plan on returning there again..... and found same e cig at another shop in Sacramento for 20$ cheeper.
