I really like the products in the store. They carry very cute brands. However, every time I’ve gone in this store the staff is extremely rude. They act like you’re bothering them for being in there. God forbid you ask them to help with anything because you’ll get an eye roll and an annoyed sigh.

It’s really a shame because they carry great products.

I have always dressed my kids in clothes from this great neighborhood shop. It is so convenient to walk in and find exactly what I need in the perfect size. My kids have always loved the selection of toys, shoes, and clothing. The staff has always been helpful and made an effort to get to know me.

This is my go to spot for gifts.

I always come here when I want to get a special gift for friends and family. Small Frys has unique, high quality clothes for kids that you just don't find anywhere else (I'm always asked where I purchased my gift). Everyone is so helpful and attentive, they take time to talk to customers - which is rare these days and definitely won't find when shopping online.

I was very disappointed with the service we received today.We went in to get my , Granddaughter her first pair of shoes, the lady at the counter was not helpful, I felt like we were bothering her she just wanted to get back to the computer, we had to ask her to measure my Granddaughter's feet, then she just pointed to the ones on the top shelf and walked away, never asked how are these, never asked if we needed anything else , very rude I just paid for the shoes and we left never thank you have a good day or what a cute baby etc, I will not be back, to bad because it's a cute store.

Has Tea Collection and Zutano and See Kai Run shoes. Small collection of toys. My kid likes to linger in the play area where they have a few toys out. Staff is friendly and will help you fit shoes and let kid play a bit longer. Price is high though given the brands they carry. Good for gift giving.

I am thoroughly impressed with the professoinalism and customer service this store practices. I purchased a pair of sneakers for my child in February, they were to big so I kept them tucked away until today. I then had realized I purchased 2 right shoes. I called the store and Emily was understanding, explained how we may get a new style out and had me send a picture of the shoes and box. She immediatly contacted me and said there is no reason to send back the shoe, and they would put credit towards a different shoe since I also purchased them during a sale. I purchased these while visiting my sister in San fransisco and I live in San diego. They are shipping them out tomorrow. I love this boutique. You really cannot skip on quality and customer service like this; kudos to this well run and operated boutique. Will be my first stop shop when I return. Thank you!

A boutique is exactly that, expect to pay more for the quality you seek. I feel this boutique is fairly priced, and keep in mind this is not amazon, you are receiving quality within your shopping experience, grade of materials and clothing. I only write this because I read some other reviews about pricing. The pricing is not exceptionally high if you like to shop. The overhead is quite large for small business owners. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a great experience.
