We received great service. I want to call out and thank Lori Nunes with Sky River. She was great. She took time to sit with us in every trailer were we thought about buying, answered questions to help us make a decision. We ended up buying a brand new Cougar 5th Wheel. We love it.

We purchased a Cougar travel trailer with the assistance of Lori and Mark. The experience and the environment was relax and very positive. I have to include Nanci, Kyle, Kevin and the person that did the final walk through, because everyone we worked with from finance, service and sales were all outstanding. The professionalism, patience while working with all of needs were outstanding. I don't write reviews unless a product or a service meets or exceeds my expectations. 17 months ago my husband and I bought a Sprinter Van from Sky River Pismo Beach. Wonderful experience. We were on vacation in the area the other day and our generator wouldn't start. Called Sky River, they had us drop by and Chris Green was amazing! Showed me how to trouble shoot, how to reset from panel. So nice! We were up and running in no time! Everyone we have dealt with at Sky River has been wonderful.

Worth every penny! I had an older beauty 1996 Dolphin National RV. They offered me what I wanted for her without talking me down and took a nice discount off of the sale price of my new Cougar... The experience got even better when we went in for our warranty inspection, they had me in and out in a week and fixed the majority of my minor issues for FREE! They ordered some parts and we will be going back to get them installed soon, I'll review that experience next as for now, I'm a happy Camper!

I am a first-time RV owner who lives in Hawaii and bought my unit from a dealer in Colorado earlier this year. My wife and I keep the van on the mainland and frequent Pismo Beach, so when I saw Sky River's convenient location, I reached out to them about some issues that were under warranty. From my first phone call, Kyle and Tom T. in Service were friendly, responsive, and accommodating. They were willing to work with our travel schedule for the date of service and also line up all the parts they needed so that they could complete the work in one day since we needed to sleep in the RV that night. We dropped the unit off first thing in the morning and they were there to greet us, review our list in person, take notes, and mark items with blue tape. By mid-afternoon, we got a call that we could come pick up our RV. We got there at 430pm and discovered that there had been a miscommunication about one of the fixes (I had not provided clear details about the error code). Tom and Russell literally jumped into the van and stayed past closing time to get the item fixed. It was a great experience from start to finish. I will definitely continue to service my RV at Sky River Pismo. Thank you Kyle, Russell, and Tom T. for making my first-ever service experience very efficient and pleasant!

We have been RVing for about 30 years, have had 5 RV’s and have always taken them to our dealership in Central Valley California. On a recent trip our fridge wall cracked from freezing, bedroom slide stopped working as did the awning plus a few minor things. We were in Pismo so we dropped it off at Sky River RV in Pismo Beach. Tom T. arranged for my service and I couldn’t have been in better hands. Sky River took a few weeks and had everything fixed and when I picked up my unit it had been washed. Past experiences with other dealerships is waiting for months and then getting it back dirty and covered inside and out with spider webs, not at Sky River who seems to really care about its customers.
Sky River is 200 miles from my house but they are my service center of choice, worth the drive. The recreational vehicle industry seems to be less than admirable but not Sky River, they set the bar.
Thanks to Tom T and his crew…I’ll be back.

Best place on the west coast to buy any type of Rv or camper. I did my research and drove 10hours simply because of the best prices but my all around experience from sales, to finance was fantastic. They definitely earned my business for life.
