Ordered flowers for my Aunt’s birthday and was very disappointed in the quality of flowers. They looked nothing like the photos online. There was more green in the arrangement then color and some were wilted. Will not be ordering from them again.

I am extremely disappointed that I am only able to give them 5 stars, because everything about ordering flowers from Sissons Flowers for a funeral in Amherst was absolutely stellar!! We were looking at various arrangements at various different shops, and the missus decided she didn't want to send fresh cut flowers as they quickly die and instead wanted to send a potted plant that could continue to live on. We decided on the peace lily. Sissons was the only shop offering one. I was a little hesitant ordering this because the picture display listed it as medium with only one flower and looked a bit feeble, however what arrived was anything but. The flowers were fantastical!! I could not believe that the flowers were the ones we had ordered. They were large and filled with flowers. Sissons is the only floral shop I will ever use.

You always do such a beautiful job for us -- no matter the occasion. I have attached photos of some of the arrangements you've done for us. We truly appreciate the extra mile you go in making each arrangement stunning. When my father passed away, you did the full spray for the casket and even the funeral director was impressed (see photo). My husband sends flowers every anniversary, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day etc. and they're always such gorgeous arrangements. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Thank you!

Needed flowers for an event the same day & was going to the store to get some when I drove pass this place & decided to take my chance and browse & When I tell you I didn’t even tell the lady what the event was for but she got the exact colors , style , idea I had in mind with the price I was willing to pay in 15 minutes at that! Very satisfied & you will see me again !

Just purchased some chocolates and soap for my boyfriend’s mom. Very good service! They even took an extra effort to make sure the soap and chocolate were wrapped separately so the chocolates don’t end up tasting like soap! Highly recommend.

I called in the morning to order flowers that needed to be delivered that day. My call was answered right away, and I was told their delivery guy was already out but they would make every effort to deliver the flowers. End result was a truly beautiful bouquet of flowers that was delivered on time. The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers a week later and they still looked fantastic. Thank you, Sissons Flowers!

I ordered by telephone and it was a breeze. Seemed they had delivered to the recipient before so all the delivery information was already in their computer. The flowers arrived on time. The arrangement (for a 60th birthday ) was colorful and many different flowers. Recipient was so pleased. 10 days later I am happy to report that not one flower has drooped or died. Water has been changed every 3 days. Sissons Florist in now in my contact list for future business.

Ordered flowers online for a family member as I live in another state. The online ordering process was super easy and the flowers showed up the next day as requested and they looked EXACTLY how they looked online!
