I love the customer services and purchase my granddaughter’s sandals and shoes I Love the quality of the shoes. I also forgot to much I purchase all five of children hard bottoms from Sikes and bells for the here . Continue to purchase my granddaughter’s shoes until she was 4 years old. she has now been relocated to Texas😔. . I strongly recommends Sikes

I took my daughter to get sized for her shoes and our salesman Alan was SUPER great. He assisted us and gave us great knowledge on the shoes we purchased and how shoes work in general. He was so sweet to my baby girl and made her laugh the entire time. I will be coming back to get her sized and I hope we will have Alan again. My overall experience was great.

Mikya helped us today at the end of a Saturday sale day and couldn’t have been more kind to my young son and daughter. She seemed thrilled to help us and even allowed them to try on more and more shoes that put us in the store after closing time. We always have great experiences at Sikes and today was another great day!

Sikes is the absolute best. I went there for the first time today to find shoes for my almost 2 year old. They are so friendly and will spend plenty of time with you to make sure your child is getting the right size. I ended up buying two pairs of shoes on sale, and when I got home, the manager of the store called to let me know they had accidentally overcharged me for the shoes, and made sure to remedy the situation during our phone call. If she hadn’t called, I would have never known there had been a mistake, and I am so appreciative of her honesty and willingness to do the right thing. I will definitely be returning and making sure all my friends know where to get shoes for their kids!

I’m so disappointed in the experience I just had at Sikes. I have 4 grandchildren and loved having the option (with shoes especially) of trying on and being fitted. This trip was different. I was buying for my out of town granddaughter. Her mom used the printable size guide on the website so we would have some info to give the associate. Sizing shoes can be tricky, so Heather (who was wonderful) asked her manager to confirm what we were thinking. Makia (no idea if I’m spelling that correctly, but she is the mgr) was incredibly rude. It was such a simple question, but she rolled her eyes and said, “oh. Well. “ and walked away. I will just order online from now on.

I have been shopping at Sikes for close to 40 years, and they do have the best selection. I was disappointed today because the sales person was not very friendly and sort of had an attitude when we were trying to buy shoes for our two grandchildren. The employees need to have a refresher course on serving their customers, i. e. smile and be eager to help your customers find shoes and clothes in their sizes. Southern hospitality goes a long way for any business no matter how long you have been in Homewood.
