This bottle was broken when I received it. I had purchased the shipping insurance and the store sent me a replacement bottle a few days later. Overall I am happy with the experience and will use this store again.

This review is about their online store only. I placed an order in late May for an item that was marked "In Stock", a couple weeks later I asked for tracking and was told it could be several more weeks before it could ship. I checked back this last week and was told they still didn't have it in stock and that they were working on it. I have to say that they were quick to get back to me (first time via email and second via chat on their website - have your order number ready). I canceled my order and before the chat had ended I had a notice from Paypal that I had a refund coming from them. I completely understand the supply chain and staffing issues we're all having, but we've got to be more honest/clear about what "In Stock" really means so we don't waste each others time.

I ordered a few bottles in May expecting them to be delivered in a reasonable timeframe. Fast forward to August and I just received two of the three bottles I ordered. There has been minimal communication around my order being split up as well as the delays. Whenever I would ask for updates, they would say that my bottles would be shipped “soon.” I’d avoid ordering anything from this online shop if I were you. I purchased the same bottles from a different online store (Third Base Market & Spirits) and everything arrived within a week.

I placed an order with this establishment online on 6/22/22; it is currently 7/11/22 and my order has not shipped. I’ve sent three emails and made two phone calls. My first email (7 days after placing the order) was replied to saying “they would do their best to ship my order that day”. When that didn’t happen I called on 7/1/22; someone answered and said the same thing- “they’d do their best to ship it today” as i mentioned today is 7/11/22, and My order still hasn’t shipped and no further correspondence has come. Delays are understandable; this is bad business. This item was supposed to be a gift and at this point is nothing but a frustration.If my items ever ship I’ll gladly update my review. But until then buyers BEWARE.

Non-existent customer support, purchased a nice bottle of scotch to surprise my father for his birthday, paid extra for a gift note. Not only did the bottle take almost 3 weeks to ship (when I purchased 2nd day Air) but gift note wasn’t included. I contacted their “customer support” requesting the order be canceled when they completely missed the birthday and received no response. When the shipment did finally arrive, no gift card. Horrendous way to treat paying customers, most definitely not the way to build repeat business.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced. Ordered as a gift early September. The bottle was reported damaged by UPS. I was told multiple times by the staff (Bryan) that there is nothing they can do. In addition I was instructed to do all the UPS claim filing etc despite they have to receive and reply to the claim. Even after filing they continue to state they can do nothing. Still not here… and won’t be here… They continue to refuse to either resend me the item ($120) that I paid for or refund me. IF it ever makes it here I’d be happy to send it back at this point.

Go with anyone else but this business. Caskers for example was amazing. Resent a broken item asap after finding it was damaged and didn’t have to fill out a thing.

Customer service is non existent and they rip you off on shipping. I ordered a bottle and paid extra for 3 day select shipping. I got the bottle 6 days later and got no response when I complained to the company about it. I will never order anything else from this company.

Used the online ordering on May 26th, took forever to finely ship. Tracker shows that my order sitting at a FedEx office was said to be delivered over a week ago. Contacted Sidewalk Spirits and they emailed me "it has been discovered that your order was processed and fulfilled by sidewalk spirits and sent out to be shipped out via FedEx. Whatever goes on during transit is out of our hands. Send your emails to FedEx."
I didn't pay FedEx I paid them and I guess you can order things if you get them you get them if not .....oh well
