This dealership made me feel welcomed every time I walked in during the purchase period of my motorcycle. Every time I walked through the doors of this place big john always greeted me with a warm smile. From the very first day that I walked in to see the motorcycle that I wanted, to the day that I purchase it and onto the day I rode away, john was there every step of the way to answer any question I had. I bought the motorcycle in January and John was kind enough to store the motorcycle in their storage for me until the weather got warmer free of charge. The day I came in to pick it up John walked me through everything I needed to know about the motorcycle and was very thorough. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone that's looking for a motorcycle, jetski, side by side or/and home machinery. I would also like to thank Derrick for being a stand up guy and helping out the day I came to pay the motorcycle off. He made the transaction very easy. Thank you Shorewood home and auto. If you want great deals and great prices see John Kawasaki he's very meticulous gets things done correctly so that we don't have problems later. Great customer service. The showroom is large and has a lot of things in there. They have snow blowers John Deere grass cutters stand-up Price cutter. It may have things from Echo and Stihl. I recommend coming here and check everything out 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍!!!!!!!!

I bought my JD rider from them 6-7 years ago and had only one issue with it last year. They fixed the issue. This year the top of the motor shroud was vibrating and they said to bring it in and don’t run it. When I was told to come and get it there was no charge since they worked on it last year and part of the problem then was the that part. I would have never known that since it did not make that noise then. So if they charged me I would have paid because I had no idea that was part of the issue then! With that being said they are very trustworthy and now they have a life long customer!

I haven’t been a customer for long but I would like to give a round of applause to the service desk and the mechanic Cody. upon having numerous issues with my SXS after about a 5 minute conversation with the gentleman at the service counter I had 2 issues solved, along with a clear history of previous repairs that I couldn’t solve after hours on the phone with the manufacturer. Once done with him he asked Cody to speak with me about a misfire and not only did he catch my mistake on troubleshooting but went above and beyond to help.
I’m not sure what either are paid but it should be more!

I was searching for a few months for the right deal on a Yamaha MT-09, John was able to get me a decent deal on a brand new 2022 model. It has been treating me phenomenally. This dealership was amazing to work with, he was very patient and very helpful. I was an out of state, 19 year old, first time dealership purchase by myself, with financing separate from the dealership. To say I was nervous/confused would be an understatement, but John was SUPER helpful. I would definitely make the 2.5 hour drive to buy another bike from him over the reputable dealership 20 minutes from me just because of the customer service. Everything came with the bike as expected, John was able to answer almost every question on the spot, if not he knew where to find the answer.
