I had a very bad experience today as I took my son for his haircut appointment. Since the time I arrived I noticed this lady named Karina had a very bad attitude towards me, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Im writing this review so other people do not go through the same experience I did. To start it all off I asked her “where can my son sit?” and with a attitude she told me “anywhere” then she proceeds to cut my sons hair before I told her how I wanted his hair to be cut. I showed her an inspiration picture and she barely looked at it, said “ok” and continued to cut his hair without saying anything. So I asked her “what number are you doing on my son” because I noticed she was cutting more than what I initially told her. She responded to me with the number she saw from my son’s previous haircut. She continues cutting his hair and I noticed she kept cutting more and more, so when I noticed it was way too short I asked her “will it be even?” because it was way too lopsided and uneven. She then said “be patient”. As a customer and as my child’s mother I believe I have a right to ask questions about my son’s haircut. It seemed like she didn’t want to answer any questions and continue to cut my son’s hair HER WAY. The whole time I was trying to be polite and make conversation but she just kept on being rude to me. From out of nowhere, she asked me “is this my first time cutting your son’s hair?” I then said “yes” because there were two other ladies that have cut my son’s hair before, she then responds with “oh okay because this will be my last time cutting your son’s hair” I asked “and whys that?” then she says “because it seems like you don’t like what I’m doing and the next time you come for an appointment somebody else can cut it or you can go somewhere else.”(with the most disrespectful tone) I told her “but you work here so you have to cut my son’s hair if i come here.” and she says “no I don’t” and I said “why not if thats what you’re here for?” and she then responds with “because I PICK MY CLIENTS and I don’t have to if I don’t want to.” Throughout the whole appointment I was calm and trying to be nice but she continued on with her bad attitude and horrible service. I told her “you are very rude” and she said “no I am not” and i said “yes you are because look at how you are treating me”. ALL THIS happened to me IN FRONT OF MY CHILD as she was cutting his hair. Almost at the end of the appointment she was being very rough with the razor on the back of my son’s head, and she DID NOT clean his neck or the back of his head afterwards. All the hair she cut off was all over him and in his face and all over his neck. At the beginning of my appointment I let her know that my son doesn’t like the noise of the hairdryer, I don’t know if she did it on purpose or not but she turned it on and my son almost jumped out of his chair because he was afraid, like I said my son is autistic and doesn’t like certain noises, she then turned it off immediately and said “he’s done.” (Still with the attitude behind it). I asked “who is the manager?” she laughs in my face and says “we don’t have a manager” so I said “who’s the owner? Can you give me their name ?” she said “yes.”(Still smiling in my face ) I walked to the front to pay and ask the cashier to give me the name of the owner and left because she never gave me the number of the owner. This was a very unpleasant experience for me and my son considering he is autistic. This lady is a horrible, disrespectful,disgusting,and the most self centered employee I have ever encountered. I am never setting foot in this establishment again as long as she is there. If you are going to cut someone’s hair do it with a positive and professional attitude not to mention she also complained about how “long” my son’s hair was. For an establishment and employees that are supposed to make your experience “memorable” it definitely made it memorable for me and not in a positive way. Definitely DO NOT recommend Karina as your stylist, because apparently she “picks her clients” you don’t pick her.

We took our 13-month-old son for his very first haircut—and it was our first time visiting this place as well. We chose the Baby’s First Haircut package, which included a keepsake pamphlet with before-and-after photos and a little bag with his hair, perfect for preserving the memory.

He did so well, and he looks like such a big kid now! A huge thank you to the staff for making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. They did a fantastic job. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my second time bringing my kids here and it was great! All the staff members are very patient and work well with the kids. My oldest is on the spectrum and hates haircuts but they do the best they can. I love how they offer any kids show as well at each station.

The staff was PHENOMENAL!!! We were actually a bit late to our appointment due to my own time management and they were super helpful. They took their time with my daughter who happens to be AU. I never told them this but they took their time with her and answered all her questions she had about what was happening. We will definitely be coming back.

I live an hour and ten minutes away and have always loved this place. I booked online for my son at 8 in the morning for a 12:45 appointment, and they called me and told me that unfortunately a stylist had to leave and they can rebook me for 2:30 or I could come back tomorrow. I let the lady know that we live over an hour away, we were already in the area and we booked online at 8 this morning and asked if there was anyway they could accommodate us earlier than that. No. They can’t. Nothing was offered other than 2.30 or come back tomorrow…that’s it. So, unfortunately, I will be taking my son elsewhere for his haircut today.

In response to your response: THAT IS NOT MY FAULT NOR MY SONS FAULT. It is up to you to ensure that if I make an appointment online, you should accommodate me not tell me 2:30 or nothing even when I expressed how far I drove just to being him for a haircut. FAIRLY, you should have accomadated me sooner! I won’t be back, RUDE!

Went in as a walk in at 1:20 on a Saturday. I was turned away due to not having an appointment with the stylist having booked . At 1:20 there were 3 stylist , no kids in sight waiting. My understanding are that appointment are in 30 minute increments and figured a quick trim (wanted to get 2 inches off my daughters hair) was possible but was quickly turned away with zero thought or accommodations. Will not be returning

Kayla was really patient with our boy. It was his 1st haircut and he doesn’t like anything on his hair. So it was harder than we thought, but she was very understanding and he looks super cute!

What a depressing experience for all my girls. The atmosphere was toxic. When you have a stylist that is burnt out, arguing with the lady at the front desk, that she can't handle anymore for the day, that is unprofessional. My 10 year old daughter left in tears because the stylist was so rough combining her hair that her scalp was sore. My littlest has very noticeable long strands left over after getting a very noticeable chop, I have pictures for proof, to bad you cant upload them.
