Website not user friendly especially for an e-commerce website. I could barely choose sizes with out being bombarded by widgets and pop up ads ... no fun ! Miscommunication with my order confirmation as well as tracking information. I still haven’t got my items and it’s been well over 10 days... I emailed the customer service and though polite never took responsibility or said let me make this package priority mail because “we” never let you know there was an issue! Instead blamed it on shipping “saying its out of their hands” 🤔 uh how can you as an online clothing store say that shipping is out of your hands ? Hmmm isn’t that a major factor in your planning ? Has there ever been lost packages ... late packages ... ? Again willing to update review if clothes is decent or worth their prices. Not thrilled overall. If your going to order just cross your fingers your package is one that might be in “ their hands “ so you actually get it. Or order a month out and have a glass of wine ready just to deal with the pop ups !
