Called last minute to get a same day arrangement sent out today, and they were thankfully able to accommodate us. Fred, the owner, took the order and was very kind and professional, which helped make the process incredibly easy. My sister-in-law loved the arrangement (and my niece and nephew loved the kiddie mylar balloons too!). Thank you!

Bought over 500$ of flowers to Fairchild funeral home this past Saturday. One spray of flowers were beautiful. My Mom wanted a special spray for her deceased God son with a ribbon to say God Son. What did we get? A ribbon that said GOD SEND!!!! REALLY? My Mom is an old woman of 87 years old and was horrified.
I called today and expected not only an apology, but also expected money back. They offered me 25$ credit in there store! Horrible place.

Thank you for the flowers! They have so many plants and were happy to have my dog and me wander around their greenhouse admiring everything! They work with your budget and recommend what would be best for your price point. I asked for a small bouquet and let them choose what flowers to put in and they were gorgeous! The man helping me was also so nice. I really enjoyed my time here! There's also street parking available out front - a great bonus!

Great service. I walked in I said I need some sun flowers please the guy said no problem. I got them right here. Snap of the fingers he told me the price he described what he can do I said yes he said here. Gorgeous bouquet and inexpensive and he knew exactly what I wanted. He was also training a young lady and he was so nice and patient he explained to me in a very nice tone what was going on. Great people work there. Why go any place else in Port Washington.

Gave them a budget for a birthday arraignment. Gave me a mix with half of the flowers unbloomed, other half wilting. When I asked to swap them out, owner said “Well, you want something that lasts, don’t you?” and refused. Don’t waste your time and money here.

So confused & disappointed.. I had called to order altar arrangements for my daughters christening. St. Stephen’s recommended them. I really wanted to use a local florist to spread the buy local initiative. I asked for very light pink & white flowers only. What did we get? A fiesta of every color I said I didn’t want. The flowers were beautiful, don’t get me wrong. We had other white & blush pink flowers for the party, so when we took them home we just put them up anyway. But it looked really ridiculous at the church!

I think the gentleman I spoke to was nice, but I think has problems hearing. I spelled out & pronounced my name 5 times (B is for boy A is for apple..). Then when the flowers were delivered they were sent under a name that was close to mine. I know they had no other orders to confuse mine with as far as delivery.

I would recommend going in & visually guiding them through arrangement creation if you are using them yourself & want specific colors!!
