They have a lot of machines but will feel like you are being held hostage if you purchase from them. Will upsell you and try to rope you into warranty plans with them for repairs that are not even good deals, really (was naive and new to sewing when I bought my serger from them, so it didn't seem like the case at the time--they definitely sensed this and took advantage of me). You will have to pay for some replacement parts despite the warranty plans, depending on how intense a repair it is.

If you take your machine in for repairs there, be prepared to wait up to 2 months for it to come back to you AND for some of your internal problems not to be fully addressed--dealing with this right now, an issue that would come-and-go when I had my machine under warranty and would take it in to them for repairs regularly never got fixed (despite my pleading and explaining, multiple years in a row). I called them to see if they could order the spare part for me the other day so that I could take it to my new/cheaper/faster repair shop to install, and they said they could order it but that I could not just take it somewhere else--they would only order it if I paid for a $199 service on top of the part cost. I asked why and got a nervous laugh on the other end of the line, with no explanation given--just that they couldn't sell me the part without a full service at their store as well. Shady and not normal policy. I called around to other authorized retailers and was able to find someone who could order the part for me to take to my local repair person to install--who will charge me less than half of the repair charge here.

Also, they broke one of the thread spool pins on my serger while it was being repaired one time--it had been so long since I had my machine back, that I just said I needed it and the next time I brought it in for repair they could fix what they broke (they estimated weeks for the spare part to come in, and I couldn't wait any longer). When it came time to have my machine serviced again, I reminded them about the piece they broke and promised to replace the next time I brought the machine in--well, I went back to get my machine when they called me to say it was done a month later, and that part was not fixed. I took the machine home anyway because I needed it back badly and live an hour away, with the intention of trying again the next time I brought the machine in for a repair. Well, next repair the exact same thing happened (they did not fix the piece they broke, despite my pointing it out), and my warranty was ending so I just had to give up.

Been holding off writing this review for years (bought my machine in 2017), but this replacement part strong-arming maneuver has really pissed me off--I am only able to get the part from a select few "authorized" stores, so I am lucky I found one of these stores in another state that will ship it to me.

Don't buy a machine here unless you want years of headache dealing with them.

I was out for a walk and saw this store on my journey. Richard and everyone else there (sorry ladies I didn't get your names) were so nice and incredibly helpful for the couple questions I had regarding some leatherwork I need done. This is easily one of the best interactions with a business I have ever had. If you have ANY questions about the services and products they offer I can safely say that they will be more than happy to help. Seriously top notch and I highly recommend poking your head in just to say hi, thank you for your hospitality and I will absolutely do business in the future with anything that I know they can assist with.

Such an old Hoover Vacuum. An oldie but a goody.
I have coming to this place for years for service and they keep it running in spite of it's age. It's a powerful machine. The service is fast and friendly. There are not many places around that can fix my old Hoover. Being that it's old they keep her going with basic maintenance.

Took my baby lock in because she was jammed and Jennifer and Richard took great care of her. They took the time to explain what was wrong and everything they did to repair her. They were kind, patient, and professional throughout my ordeal! They have my loyalty and business from here on out!!!!

I took my VERY old Viking in for a cleaning & because the bobbin had gotten stuck and wouldn’t come out. They didn’t even look at my machine aside from a cursory glance. I was told that the cams were cracked and that they weren’t made anymore so the best they could do was a $300 specialty cleaning and it would only stitch in whatever the last stitch was that I had it in. Mind you, they hadn’t even inspected my machine when I was told this.

They recommended buying a new machine and were able to show me two models that were affordable, not an up sell, and would sew the way I needed it to sew.

The whole not actually looking at my machine before diagnosing it as a lost cause rubbed me wrong so I took my machine for a second opinion elsewhere (turns out the cams were in perfect shape esp given the age of the machine) and the bobbin was stuck for a whole other reason.

Long story short, I would never come back for repair, but they seemed knowledgeable about new machines. And I appreciated that they listened to my needs/requirements for a new machine and didn’t try to upswell me to something far more expensive and advanced.
