Worst customer service ever. If you are planning on buying be 100% absolutely sure you want what you ordered. I ordered some Trengove ice cubes that were too small and then tried to return them (which it said was possible online) and didn't get a response to an email about it. When I called them they said they didn't accept returns on those but nowhere does it say they don't accept returns. Also, if you are ordering the Trengove ice shard in small, they are smaller than they say.

Just be aware, they up-charged my Brooklyn delivery fee from $125 to $165, because I live in South Brooklyn. When I ordered this they clearly stated a $125 delivery fee to Brooklyn on their website and on their subsequent phone call to confirm. So the delivery fee will actually vary depending on proximity to Manhattan, not the Borough of your address.

This is my go-to for the good tape. And they have a multitude of other interesting fun things, but it's not really the normal shop for shoppers so don't expect jolly service and gift advice. But it's a great place...

When you’re serious about running a photo studio or are a street photographer this is your go to place. Whether it’s backdrops, chroma key paint, stands, or model releases, this place has it all. Why bother seeing a backdrop in a catalog, when you can come here. Backdrops can be cut to size also. They simply have everything. From different artificial ice, sands, and multiple surfaces too. This place has it all.

I order a product via website,and received another product. I was told it was an upgrade. I wanted what I ordered. I've reached out to them several times for a refund. I got the run around at first and nonetheless they quit responding 2 my emails. I can't get a refund on a product I didn't order. Don't order from this site horrible customer service.

A great place for a working professional that needs it right away. Everything that is necessary to run a studio or backdrops and other essentials for a location shoot is available. I get everything here from model releases to backdrops. These guys have it all, from gaphers tape to chroma key paint. They also deliver around the city....
