The candy is great.
I go in around valentines day very busy.
I get behind a customer at the register and the cashier tells me there's 1 line. So after waiting 10 mins through the line to pick out all your chocolates there's now 3 people on registers. Instead of waisting time walking back and forth to the register and chocolate. If your at the register and a customer is ready to go, just ring them up. Instead of waisting my time and being inefficient walking back and forth.

I was greeted by Robin P., the assistant manager of store 2118, with a genuinely warm smile and asked if I have any questions or need help with anything, please let her know. I explained that I need several 1 pound boxes of personally selected candy for the people that are helping me move. She proceeded to help me with each box being very patient and helpful with recommendations based on the likes and dislikes of each individual I was buying the candy for. Her customer service was exceptional. I left the store with a smile on my face and a pep in my step.

This is the best location for See's that I know of. They are rarely that busy. The folks are friendly and unhurried. I'd be surprised if they are out of stock for anything.

It is hilarious that they're right next to the dentist's office. It is nice for neighbors to help each other's businesses.

My boyfriend mentioned to me that he had to bring a surprise gift to work for one of the nurses in his office, as part of a Halloween secret gift exchange. He was asking for help so I suggested chocolate and wine. See’s Candy to the rescue! I figured I’d go to this location because the Dollar Tree is in the same plaza and has gift bags and ribbons to complete his “Boo-ing”, (usually I go to the one on Contra Costa Blvd.).
I stopped inside on my lunch break and was surprised how big this store is!! Bigger than the one I’m usually at and it was empty! The small storefront you see from the parking lot is very misleading. I grabbed a couple of the Halloween assortment boxes (each under $8) and then ordered a Butterscotch square for myself ($1). Those are my favorite!!
Since yesterday was National Boss’ Day I wanted to take a few boxes back to work as well, but one of my bosses is vegan and See’s doesn’t sell any chocolate that doesn’t contain dairy, so unfortunately that idea didn’t work.

What an awesome experience. Is my first time visiting Sees and I felt so welcomed. Excellent experience. Robin even gave me a sample. Def coming back. 10/10 chocolate, 10/10 customer service!!

Very delicious candies! Now they sell some seasonal "Double Caramel" candies.. They are like those which I always dreamed about.. Very very delicious 😍

Not impressed with this location. We purchased a couple of bags of chocolates. One was for someone's birthday. The person working there was obviously new and being trained, which is fine, but they completely messed up our order, even with their manager directing them. We asked for chocolate buttercreams and they gave us a bunch of chocolate covered cherries instead (which look similar). When I asked for a sample, they gave me the wrong sample, as well. Very disappointed with the service. Won't be back to this location.
