This is very unfortunate for me because I have bought stuff from these guys before with no complaints but honestly this is unfair & unacceptable game came not only out of the disc holding part of the case but came with some knarly scratches game won’t even boot up or load in any way game is broken. not to even mention I specifically picked CIB (Complete in box) and not at all complete in box. I love supporting small businesses specially these guys cus they’re energy & dynamic is always positive funny and genuine but this tbh is the result of poor packaging case not secure in the selected packaging as well as false advertising because if this wasn’t put on their store as complete in box I would have never made the purchase. I’m all for support of small businesses but this is truly unacceptable to me I’ll be providing photos to show what I mean (Update) not getting any reasoning or response from these guys so I’ll say this cus I’m not the only one… if we shop to receive a certain product EXACTLY as advertised we shouldn’t be getting broken incomplete defective products. Insane to me but better to respond to only the customers that don’t have problems than to respond to the one that do. It’s very disrespectful & won’t be making this mistake again id hope & suggested genuine customers move cautiously. You make a purchase something wrong? Your on ur own 😒

I discovered them on YouTube and immediately became a fan. I decided to go check out their website. I’m so glad I did. They have a wonderful selection on there and everything is easy to find. Plus they’re reasonably priced. I actually ended up buying a PlayStation 3 video game that I’ve been looking for. Dead Space 2 😁. It shipped very quickly and arrived within a few days. This is an absolute gem of a videogame/toy store! Great prices, amazing selection, and the staff is awesome. Jason took the time to talk to my sons, my youngest who was excited to meet him since loves his YouTube shorts. This was our third time there, and it's definitely worth the 2 hour drive from Bardstown!

Great overall experience and I absolutely love the online store and all the secret castle social medias. Ordered a re8 collectors edition and a new copy of re7. However re7 was placed in same box with no extra protection resulting in the “new” seal being ripped and no longer collectible worthy IMO. But overall absolutely great.

I’ve seen facebook videos of this place, so decided to check out the online shop and they had a ton of good items on here with really decent prices. All 3 items I bought arrived as described and in near perfect condition, which means the discs were already good to begin with or they took the time to resurface them. Either way, I’m extremely happy as a customer and I’ll for sure be buying more in the future 🙂

Found this company off of YouTube honestly! Absolutely love their content to promote the company! I got to Gameboy games! My favorite Legend of Zelda! Got the cartridges! Both real authentic! Super happy with the shipping and price of the games! Cheapest I found compared to Amazon or Ebay!
