You fail miserably on your Gluten Free items... No cauliflower crust pizza.. Overpriced gluten free pizza rolls.. Very disappointed was wanting somthing fast and you weren't able to help.. Aldi's stepped up their GF items and you need to also

Rude nightmare. New to the area, I did not expect the very unfriendly, almost angry attitude of the "Karen" who finally came out when I was having a hard time ringing out my eight items at the 5pm hour on Tuesday, January 21, on my first time through that self help isle....please have friend folks who like people and are kind to others like myself. A very disappointing experience. So many places to go to spend our money, give me a reason to come back....

The worst customer service ! I was buying somethings there and asked the MANAGER if I could exchange $5 for some quarters she said we don’t have quarters? I was like did you check? She gave me a scowl and went to register and threw a handful of quarters down and said here. If I am buying stuff and chose your store to buy it from atleast you can do is exchange a few quarters not a big deal but the manager Sharon made it a big deal! I will be contacting corporate

PSA - ALWAYS Check expiration dates

Schnucks- Columbia, Illinois Store

The store is clean, friendly staff - but they always leave expired product on the shelf. Maybe all stores do this but I’ve gotten so many expired products over the years at this store, it seems deliberate.

I once accidentally bought ice cream that had expired 6 months earlier - I didn’t know ice cream could “go bad” but it was putrid.

On NYE 2021, I stocked up on cheese dips, cold fried chicken & bread. I was rushing & didn’t check the dates. I started eating the chicken which tasted rancid & the sell by date was the day before... The dip had expired 2 months earlier & the bread was stale. It was extremely frustrating.

I had company in town 01/12/22 so stocking up on quick snacks (dips, ready meals, etc & saw 4 different items that had expired product on the shelf).

When I got to the cheese dip section (the old stuff I accidentally bought on NYE was still there - 8 containers of dip w/ November expiration dates & another expired early Jan.… Either no one is checking the shelves for 3 months or it’s deliberate (yikes!)
