While the store is well stocked for the most part and clean, it's probably best to retrain your cashiers on basic customer service skills. I can tell you in my experience this is absolutely not the "friendliest" store in town. I didn't appreciate the terrible attitudes I received from two employees. Do better.

Great produce section, great meat cases, I love this store! I took the kids to grab up a bunch of food for the weekend. We got ribs, burger, and wings. Not to mention salad fixings and a whole bunch of soft drinks. I cannot not like this store!!!

One of the guys that is bagging sometimes his name is Wesley, he is one of the kindest and friendliest baggers you will have, the store is very clean normally even the bathrooms are clean which is unusual for a public place nowadays, all I know is I will always keep coming back to this location just because of Wesley he is awesome, very very helpful. The frozen pizzas are also very good

The red velvet Christmas cake has became a holiday tradition for the last 4 or 5 years. It not only is an amazingly beautiful cake, but it is so delicious! The bakery staff does such an amazing job.

Love the people here, but I don’t know why they got rid of all of the hand baskets. Between stocking and in aisle products it can be really uncomfortable shopping here with a full size cart and I don’t want a cart if I’m only getting 5-6 things.

The store is always well stocked and clean. The workers are very courteous. What’s so nice is having fast cashiers and help bagging up groceries. Well worth the slightly higher prices to avoid going to Walmart. Use their Schnucks app to clip coupons and use the Upside app to get some cash back.

If this review was only for the butcher there it would be a five star review but because it's for the store overall I'm going to be nice with a four-star review. My biggest problem with Schnucks is if it's not on sale the prices are too high. They do have a great selection of items and things of that nature. But the star of the show year is definitely the meat department. And the butcher James, I'm pretty sure that's his name, this guy is truly a rockstar. He is the reason that when I need meat, I will come to Schnucks because he always knows what to recommend always makes good cuts of meat when I ask.
