Terrible experience every single time. None of the workers seem to be trained and the manager is never there. The first time, the worker wasn’t even able to check my bookstore balance. Second time, THE WORKER LOCKED MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE SHE PRESSED THE WRONG BUTTON. She said she’ll write my information down to give to the manager but it doesn’t seem like she did. Even now trying to call customer service and the worker said she doesn’t know what she’s doing and I was on hold for 20 minutes so she can ask since THERES NO MANAGER. I just want to return my books but none of the workers can do it since they don’t know how to and keep having to ask for a manager that doesn’t seem to exist.

I have always had trouble with the bookstore. Either items are not available for long periods of time or I am given the wrong product when I make online orders. Just very recently I was made to purchase a CHEM 400 lab manual that is the wrong edition. The attendant insisted that it is the correct version but I got home and checked again, and it was the 23-24 edition instead of the updated 24-25. I asked the attendant specifically, "are you sure this is it?" and they said It shouldn't be a problem. I can't even return it now because I opened the package. Please make some changes to streamline the stocking process and double check that outdated manuals are not given to students. I can't keep wasting my time by driving back and forth so many times just to correct mistakes that can be easily avoided.
Also, when there's a line of 16 people and 2 attendants, it's probably not the best idea to ask patrons about their weekend plans. People come with unique requests, so any extra chit chat just makes the whole experience even longer.

I was helped by Odalia and she was very helpful. There was alot of items I needed and Odalia was so kind and had so much patience. It’s really nice to be able to feel comfortable enough to ask questions. Not to mention she was helping other people in between too because the other person was on a break.

This was the most in and out experience ever. I was extremely pleased with the service. When I walked inside, they immediately asked if they could help me find some thing and I did not have to look in any isles. They just grabbed it for me and I checked out it was amazing and efficient!

I have emailed, called, and I'm about ready to show up in person because it is impossible to reach anyone. Even reached out to a different bookstore that couldn't help with this specific issue but even THEY emailed with no response back. When I was able to be connected to an employee here, I was treated rudely by one of the ladies working here. She told me I'd get a call back about my issue from the store manager and it has been a week with no call. I haven't heard anything back about my issue. Can't reach them and now I have to go in-person to the campus when I have no classes and it is completely out of my way. I understand you are slammed with the new semester, but within the span of over a week you'd expect to hear some form of an answer. Absolutely disappointed and I'm never getting a book from here again. I recommend you to do the same.

So the hours posted online are not correct they close at 3pm and for a full time worker these hours don't work, they need to change it back to 4pm! Now I can't pick up my book. Very inconvenient.

There's basically nothing here except snacks. You have to order stuff and then just pick it up here. I have never seen such an empty college bookstore. Barely any art supplies, almost no books. But the staff was nice.
