Absolutely Appalling service.
I had the unfortunate situation to do business with Scarborough & Tweed. Ordered some coffee mugs with special branding requirements. This was a big order worth several thousand dollars. The items were supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago and it is yet to arrive. There were two attempts of re-forwarding the packages to the right address, however their staff has been incompetent in providing a resolution. God only know the quality of the product when i see them in real, it at al.
In my humble opinion, please stay away from this company.

I ordered an item from here nearly a month ago. When it did not arrive within 3 weeks, I reached out and was told it was shipping the next day. I then waited another week, and was then told it had not yet shipped and will not ship for at least another week. They have done nothing to make right on this order. Do not give this place your business.

Received a gift through a company store from an employer. The brand new gift that arrived was open and used. We can't do anything with this now. Not acceptable and Scarborough & Tweed doesn't care.
