I ordered a Julie Vos monogram necklace (worn by Kari Clark) and was very disappointed in the quality of it. It looks very brassy with a tarnished appearance. I own some nice jewelry so I am well aware of what looks like good quality and this did not meet expectation. Considering the price of it, I most definitely expected better. After several weeks of waiting for it and with apparent delays, I really wanted to love this necklace but it was a big disappointment. I felt sure I would receive a refund as a dissatisfied customer but was told I could have store credit. Dealing with this company has not been a positive experience so rather than returning the necklace I will probably just keep it.

I would also leave a zero if I could. I placed my order on November 24, 2024, received my order December 19, 2024. I ordered 2 tees and one sweatshirt. They fulfilled my order with the wrong size for one of the tees. I have been back and forth via email with Kristi Babb, the owner, with empty promises of sending a replacement tee of the correct size and lies of sending the replacement shirt via UPS. It has been almost 2 months out from my original order and still do not have what I ordered. The tees that I did receive were so thin, you could see through them and the ink design was faded due to poor quality of production. The sweatshirt design was placed and pressed crooked. I am so disappointed. I do not recommend shopping this boutique. I follow an influencer on social media named Mrs Kari Clark and was persuaded to buy from this boutique. This kind of business discredits all of her content. This boutique should do better and do the right thing. Never again will I purchase anything from Sassy Frass. It’s really a shame what customer service has become. I wish I’d of read other reviews before I purchased. Warning, if the seller doesn’t have reviews on their website, stay away. I’m currently waiting for an email response, but unfortunately writing a review is the only way to be taken seriously anymore. . If for some reason, I do get the replacement tee or a refund, I will take this review down.

Cute clothes. And love trying to give some of the t-shirts of the day as a happy for friends. I have ordered several times and they can not get the order correct. I have been sent the wrong items and the wrong sizes and the order is just not correct. Customer service is of zero assistance. They say they will refund or make correct and never follow through. I have unfollowed the account to not be tempted to purchase ever again.

Cannot handle volume directed to store by an influencer. Will charge credit card but no follow up on actually delivering the goods. Multiple times I have had to send multiple emails to get my credit card credited when items have not shipped or the order cannot be fulfilled. I should not have to chase this down to this level every time. No more.

I ordered a cute sweatshirt in my normal size which was large, however, it was HUGE! Looked like at least a 2X. I emailed about returning it and was told I could only get an exchange or a gift card, no refund. I really don’t like dealing with businesses that do not offer refunds. I also have to pay shipping to return it. Not happy.

I would leave zero if I could. Placed an order in June for the preorder dress and was fine to wait, I understand how preorders work. The dress came in in August, it was not cut right. You could barely get your arms in the sleeves. Called and was told no one else had said anything was wrong with the dress but I was welcomed to measure it. Called the next week because I wanted to see if I could return for store credit and was then told that yes, there were several complaints about the dress and I could get store credit. Placed an order in August using the store credit and this day, I have not received one thing from them. I called about the order several times and they were waiting on things to fillful the order to come in (even though it was listed on their website when I ordered it). Called last week and they were just going to issue a refund because they never sent what I had ordered like I was told they were going too, and it’s been over a week and still not refund done. Had to call back today and go through the entire ordeal again and now they are going to send what they have and issue a refund for the rest. How this store has so many sales, I don’t know, but this has been the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I have been a
Boutique owner myself. I gave them enough grace and when it’s the end of Oct and you placed an order back in Jun and still can’t get things right, somebody is dropping the ball. I will not be a customer again. .
