I've been going to SarangHello since it was in the smaller location. Having a kpop story in Northern California makes me so happy.

The owners and the staff are so amazing, friendly and welcoming. The vibe of the store is positive. A lot of kpop stores are there for business but SarangHello is there to build a kpop community. A place where you don't feel bad for liking something that is not the "norm".

Anytime I find a kpop fan I ALWAYS share the SarangHello website and recommend that they take a trip to SF to visit the actual store.

SarangHello was one of the best K-pop shop experiences I’ve ever had.

The Inside is absolutely amazing! They have a cute photo booth with fun filters and themes to try. From the organized albums to the large screen playing your favorite idol group performances.. it’s so welcoming.

The wide selection of groups and solo artists was very satisfying. I personally find them fair in pricing as the albums I bought were the same as online stores (which can be risky). Their online store option had an even higher variety of products.

Although a friend of mine couldn’t find the exact album she wanted, the employee that helped us was very responsive and helpful. He even went the extra step of gifting her a POB and holographic handmade pc of her bias. We were extremely impressed with their customer service and friendliness.

As an OT7 Stan, I would like the to call out my appreciation for the support they’ve shown for Seunghan as well. Being able to see and write messages to bring awareness was awesome. I also respect their decision to pull RIIZE products off their shelves. RIIZE is 7!

Overall, I am very happy with my experience and will be making them my main source of K-pop related purchases. Thank you!

Great shop!! We wandered in because my niece loves kpop but only has Target to get merch. The staff were incredible. They walked us to the sections of her favorite bands, made sure I got the correct band member for my niece and gave her a couple extra cards at check out. She's going to be so happy!

UPDATE: We were here for their Black Friday sale, and the place was packed with a line outside the store, but the staff were making sure everything was moving along smoothly, and, as usual, were very nice and helpful. This is our go-to K-pop store when we come to SF!

We got here (after crawling through SF traffic) with only a few minutes before they closed. They closed the door as soon as we walked in, but they didn't rush us out of the store. They were very nice and helpful and had a good selection of all different groups (although they were sold out of the group we were there in SF to see in concert, as all the other concert-goers beat us to it). They had a trade board for cards which I haven't seen at other stores. Wish we had more time here, but we look forward to visiting this store again.

This was my first time coming here and it was so much fun I really love the selections of albums and light sticks they have. So If you’re ever in the San Francisco area and you like kpop I recommend that you should come💕

I love SarangHello SO MUCH! It is my favorite place to shop for all things kpop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and there are always good vibes there. On a couple of my visits, they have given me free posters! I will definitely stop by SarangHello again sometime soon!

super cute place. beautifully decorated and has a very welcoming vibe and in a great location. i assume it was the owner who was super helpful when i was looking for an enhypen album today that unfortunately was not in stock, but was so nice to give me some freebies of heeseung since it wasn’t there. definitely will be returning !
