I am a regular customer of Santa Cruz Naturals at 19 San Juan road and they always treat me with kindness, care and respect; they're always polite and very welcoming.
I have used their delivery service a handful of times and have nothing but good praises. I highlight this due to the other complaints I see about delivery issues. The only time I've had an issue was due to scheduling and the staff, Julian, called me to inform me of the issue and work with me. We scheduled a slightly later time, he was super friendly and kept-in touch multiple times and even threw in a discount with some free product. Every other delivery has been smooth and, as a regular, netted my benefits such as the aforementioned discounts.
The staff have consistently and politely worked with me and they deserve praise; I feel that we, as costumers, can forget that we are also held to a standard of politeness and understand.

This place is dope. Big shoutout to Julian and Vince! First time in, and I left feeling like family. Had to check my ID on the way out just to make sure I was still me.

This is exactly why I go out of my way to drive here instead of just ordering delivery—it's the experience. The place looks awesome inside, fully stocked, smells great, and just has a cool vibe all around. Definitely looking forward to my next visit and saying what's up to Vince and Julian!

My friend recommended this spot to get some CBD/THC muscle rub. I'm really happy with the product and the vibes were cool here everyone was super nice. The clones they had in the little nursery area were super healthy and green! Always a good sign 😉 I'll definitely be back again!

Had been a regular customer since they opened a few years ago. I've had issues with my last several orders. Typically they don't have what I order, but is listed on their website as in stock. Stopped by today and the same problem. They did not have my first or second choice. They could have offered to substitute. Apologies mean nothing to a customer after a while.
