My wife loves Hello Kitty since she was very young and still like the Hello Kitty. She like the Hello Kitty Zodiac dolls because she was born in Aprill and she a Aries Hello Kitty is a ram.. Sanrio have a Hugh selection of Hello Kitty items.

They have everything Hello Kitty. There is a new version of the fluffy stuffed animals now, but the actual Hello Kitty one was sold out, probably because it's so close to Christmas. But great store for gift shopping.

There was five people working and no one would help us. They acted like they were put off to have to ring up my order. It's a good store that's clean and has a lot of items but the staff if they don't care about the customers make the experience unpleasant. I shop often at sanrio since 1980 and I won't come back to this store. They're much nicer at the Pasadena and Monrovia locations. Terrible customer service ruined it.

Out of all the Sanrio stores I have been to, this place is the least friendliest. Some employees are nice. Others need to work on their demeanor. When I ask a question, some of them act like you are bothering them. It doesn't matter if I purchase non-expensive or expensive items, a "thank you" with a smile on their face would be courteous. Some of the employees look like they are unhappy to work there.

The last time I went, which was about a week ago, they removed all the candy. I enjoyed purchasing candy to round up to $1 or more for the stamp cards.

While I understand they have to watch for theft, I don't think all the employees need to be watching.

It was my first time coming to this Sanrio in Arcadia and I was so excited. But one of the girls working there was pretty rude. My sister and I were by the register just looking at the phone cases and air pod cases. And with attitude the worker said “Do you need help? Because you’re by the register.” With a dead stare. She could’ve nicely told us, “I’m sorry, people aren’t allowed to be next to the register.” Or they should have something to block off the side of the register if it’s an issue. I love Sanrio but I’m not coming back to this one. I recommend the Sanrio in Topanga or Irvine instead.

The shop owners were very nice and so helpful. It’s a small store, but they have a ton of great merchandise.

Went to pick up an order item was not what I expect was informed everything was final sale which was fine. But the worker Ale was really rude about it which was unnecessary and had an attitude about me wanting to exchange the item I order since upon me inspecting my items I saw that it was dirty I asked if I could exchange for one that wasn’t damaged they told me it was because they gave me the display item when I left the girl rolled her eyes at me and made a comment about me to her coworker. I suggest you shop at Sanrio Monrovia or Pasadena they have way better customer service.
