The team here was amazing. We were having a dinner at a local restaurant here in town and needed a table centerpiece for my grandmother’s 90th birthday on a Saturday evening. I called and talked to the team during the week, discussed what we wanted and needed and was able to pay over the phone. I will admit I had a total Karen meltdown on Saturday night when the girls at the restaurant told me the flowers hadn’t arrived. Diana immediately responded to my outburst and was beyond gracious. The team went above and beyond and instead of delivering the arrangement earlier in the day, when who knows what could have happened between then and dinner, they waited and had them delivered, outside their business hours (like I said above and beyond) to make sure they arrived in the best condition. The arrangement was beyond beautiful and creative and made my grandmother’s night. Several of the restaurant staff also commented on how gorgeous the arrangement was.

Diana and her team are clearly seasoned professionals both in terms of the products they deliver and the service they provide their customers. As I said earlier, I wasn’t the best and she graciously and professionally responded to me in a timely and polite manner. I have 0 hesitation recommending her and the team for your floral needs in the area.

My first time going into this flower shop and my particular request to the lovely Dianna was to help me make a bouquet with the color “periwinkle” in mind. She immediately hopped on it and made a wonderful bouquet for me to gift to my partner and I have no doubts in my mind that she will love it. Ordered a Designer's Choice bouquet for my daughter-in-law's birthday. She sent me a photograph upon receipt. It was one of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen. Far exceeded my expectations. I had ordered from out of state and found Samantha's Garden just doing a search online for a local Bentonville florist. So thrilled that I found them. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Samantha’s Garden Flower Market is a beautiful, innovative space. Stopped in for a quick minute to buy some flowers and stayed for 30 minutes exploring the spaces - the mossy entry, the plant room, dried florals, the flower cooler and more. The owners and team were so friendly. Truly a place you could hang out all day. And, I should mention, the flowers are stunning. As an event manager, it is exciting to have new partners in town. Look forward to working with you!

Just entering this building filled me with a sense of wonder and overwhelming calm. This place is awesome. If I could custom make my dream flower shop, it would look a lot like this. They have flowers, plants, pots, seeds, tools, and they even teach classes. Everything seemed priced fairly and the staff was super helpful. I'm so glad I finally walked in today to check it out. Will definitely be back.

Very difficult to get in contact with the owner. Then, finally I get a confirmed appointment and she doesn’t show on a service call for an overpriced cactus bought from this place. No call or text to let me know she’s not coming. Quite disappointed with the service.
