The workers do not know what they're doing. I was looking for hair dye and was trying to find a good one, asking questions, and the girl did not know that with some, you can't bleach it for a period of time afterwards, so you're stuck with the color for awhile. I talked to someone else and was told that I don't have to bleach my roots, that the dye will take, it'll just be darker. IT DIDNT TAKE AT ALL. My roots are dirty blonde

Been here since open 10am and it’s now past 11am still not open! Or even answering the phone
Update- call the Concord location to see if they were open before I went there and told them that the Pleasant Hill location is still not open and was told “oh they might be talking in the back”

The entrance door is NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE! Anyone interested in EQUAL OPPORTUNITY? Federal law requires that the door be accessible for all people. Where’s the “public” restroom? Are you not wanting the “public” to spend their money?😡🇺🇸

Either it was my lucky day or there're always deals to be had here? I paid $6 for a huge round brush and got a "buy one get one" deal on a hair product! Nice selection, no sales people following me and parking was very convenient right behind the place. I'm an Amazon Prime shopper, but I'm going to check this place first next time.

This is my go to beauty supply store. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I took off a star because of the limited stock. That said, the staff is always able to recommend a great alternative.

Have a limited supply and this location doesn’t stock supplies for all cultures. I had to travel 5 extra miles to another location to get the product I’ve gotten at other Sally’s . If I didn’t have my 1 year old granddaughter the travel time and distance would’ve been a problem.
