On my way back to Buffalo we stopped at the outlet and Saks was the 1st store we went to. I knew right away that I wanted to purchase a handbag. Looked around for about 20 minutes found a bag the brand that i wanted that had a red sale tag on it. I decided to be an adult and buy the cheaper bag. We were only going to be there for a short amount of time so my plan was to double back and get the other bag I wanted as well. I got to the register and was treated horribly. Apparently the bag was not on sale and I was looked at as if i switched a tag which absolutely was not the case! I offered to show where I picked the bag up and asked was there anything that could be done because all I did was check a price and bring the bag to the register with the intent to purchase a 2nd handbag. I was told the price and that the trash didn't belong on the bag. I left upset and empty handed and because of the poor service I didn't double back like I planned to. Customer service is everything!

Kind of feels like shopping at a thrift store. Maybe that’s even pushing it. They mark their items up so you can save 70%. Also everything is locked up. Not even close to a premium experience. I’ll never go back to this store.

This place is a mess. The customer service is zero. 40 people waiting in line, only two cashiers that are slow and doesn’t seem to cake that people are waiting in line for 20-30 min. I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years and doesn’t seem to improve. The place is just unpleasant to shop.

This used to be one of my favorite shopping places but it appears that Society has decided to change. It was always easy to look at items and try on sunglasses but now everything is locked up because of sticky fingers making it complicated and always needing to find a salesperson to help. The men's department used to be expansive and you could find many great deals but now it's it's pretty much all set and filled with items that are made of lesser quality with lesser names to fill the racks. I used to shop there consistently but now find myself being disappointed on a regular basis.
But I gotta say the register staff is amazing.

I honestly never take the time to leave reviews, but this location made me feel extremely uncomfortable, rushed, and unpleasant while shopping here not once, but twice. I don’t know how the workers are trained here, and I understand that stores are trying to crack down on stolen goods, but the way I was stalked while shopping not only by the worker, but security guard was ridiculous. They stared down my shopping bag, followed me from aisle to aisle. It was such a horrible shopping experience.

SAKS Totaly Ripped me Off , about 2-3 months ago from today 6/26/2022 i purchased this Lower End Valentino bag for $499 / orig. price was $1075., I seen same bag a month later at Macys - Backstage dept for $299. JUST paying for name “SAKS OFF 5 TH AVE”, what a waste / ripoff. I can see if $50 diff or $100, but a whole $200 diff at another store is insane. Same color same everything. Just had to look at bag and had time to share my experience.

We had a great time especially in the footwear section where you can find items at a discount that you can add to your wardrobe. Very helpful in regards to finding items as well.
