I want to take a moment to recognize someone who made a lasting impact on me during one of the hardest times in my life. Kim Woods at Saks OFF 5TH is not just an incredible sales associate—she’s a truly special human being.

After the loss of my daughter, I walked into Saks feeling broken. I wasn’t shopping for fun. I was just trying to feel something, to put myself together again somehow. Kim greeted me with such warmth and genuine kindness. From the second we started talking, I could tell she wasn’t just doing a job—she cared.

But more than that, Kim knows what she’s doing. She knows fashion, she knows jewelry, and she knows what works for you. I’ve never met someone so sharp when it comes to putting looks together. She looked at me, listened to me, and just got it. Whether it was helping me find the right clothes, sunglasses, or the perfect piece of jewelry, she knew exactly what would suit me—not just on the outside, but where I was emotionally, too.

She didn’t push or rush. She guided. She explained things, made suggestions I’d never think of, and walked me through every option like a true professional. She knows the store inside and out. She knows what’s in stock, what goes with what, how to build a wardrobe that fits your style, your mood, even your healing. She has an eye for details most people miss—and she makes it all look effortless.

Talking with Kim felt like being with someone who was meant to be there in that moment. She turned a painful day into something full of grace. I left feeling stronger, lighter, and honestly—more like myself. That’s the kind of person she is.

Kim, thank you. I’ll always be grateful for how you treated me, how you helped me, and how good you are at what you do. Because of you, Saks OFF 5TH is where I’ll always shop—and I’ll always be asking for you.

I always find a few nice pieces at Saks on El Paseo !!! It never disappoints. Got a great Jean jacket, the coolest skirt, rag&bone t-shirt, Givenchy bucket hat. A nice little morning shop.

Kim Woods was fantastic!!! She helped me find a Karl Lagerfeld I had been looking for and found the right style for me and found shoes and a nice fedora as well!! She was so nice to me and helpful! Thought customers service was dead and she resurrected my opinion of it lol!!! She is an asset to your company she’s a keeper!!!

An absolute phenomenal experience. It’s because of her that I’m now a returning customer. I just recently purchased Creed’s Les Royales Exclusives “Spice and Wood.”

Absolutely phenomenal!

Jenn took her time to help me through exploring the various fragrances on the counter. She addressed any questions I had and made some appropriate recommendations. Everything she did was completely on point.

It’s because she gave me samples so I could try them on my skin, is ***The VERY REASON** why I’m coming back next week to buy the Sublime Vanille.

Trying a fragrance on a piece of paper doesn’t cut it because we put it on our skin and each of us and our body chemistry smells different with each fragrance.

I plan on dropping a lot of money on Creed fragrances at your store —-thanks to her—- in the upcoming months.

Nope. She didn’t put me up to this review. I did this because she deserves the praise and she won you, ( Saks) a loyal customer.

Though I have enjoyed shopping at the men's department at Saks 5th Avenue many times during past trips, today was a major let down. An older, well dressed gentleman by the name of Andy could not have been more rude and haughty. He may have been well dressed, but his demeanor and lack of gentility and basic customer service etiquette was unacceptable. Certainly makes me think twice about returning if that's the caliber of staff Saks is employing.

Had really good experience here. Sharon greeted us with a friendly smile and told us about their promotions. She offered to take a look at their jewellery since it was 60% off plus additional 10% off entire store. So I ended up buying a gold necklace and two beautiful rings for such a great price! I’m happy. Thanks to Sharon 😊
