Cassidy and Max were awesome during the whole purchase process, really helpful and friendly. But things went south when my background check was denied. As a military veteran with an honorable discharge, this left me completely confused. Now I have to wait for a letter from the DOJ to figure out what happened and dispute it. I get it, nothing to do with the shop really, it's not their fault I was denied. What really upset me was how the manager handled the situation. I asked if they could hold the gun for me or at least give me store credit while I sort things out, but they flat-out refused. Instead, they’re only offering a 40% refund because of their ridiculous 60% restocking fee. That feels so unfair, especially since the denial wasn’t something I could control. Here’s the kicker: The Gun Range nearby only charges a 25% restocking fee, which makes this store’s policy even harder to swallow. Once I sort out my dispute, I’ll be taking my business there instead. Just a heads-up to anyone shopping here, be careful, because they’re not very helpful if something goes wrong.

Always had a great experience. Was surprised by some of the negative reviews but it seems like they are from people who were denied purchase by the CA DOJ which gun dealers have no say in.

First time here! Even through the line is long we waited about 30 minutes, but the worker was really nice. I was so afraid from however said they have really bad attitude, but it turned out everyone was just doing their work and they are friendly people! Good guns store.

Solid customer service. Spoke with Paige and Rob over the phone to get some info about a part I was looking to purchase. All communication and information received was extremely helpful. I was coming from the bay so I had to make sure the part was there before I made the trip. Aside from phone communication, the staff in the store was very easy to talk during paperwork. Typical gun store etiquette and its all transactional. You give them your respect, they will give you their respect. Just how the world works. You should know this before stepping foot in any gun store. Anyways, great gun store that is willing to help you out with any matter.
