Fantastic service!!!

This was our first purchase with S&B, and it won’t be the last. We purchased 2 claw machines and had to wait several months due to the shipping shortages. Their customer service is A+, I dealt with Brandon. We purchased a after market claw machine and had issues. He sent me videos on how to fix and even helped with replacement parts for a 20 year old unit. Great, responsive company!
