Marcus who helped me at the service center literally saved my family and my lives and we are SO grateful! We are camping and had a strong odor and I called just to get some info on what it could be and was told it was our battery that was bad and a large fire hazard! It could have been a very tragic situation and I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to walk me through a very real and scary incident. My husband and I just bought our first camper, and decided on a Gulf Stream! My husband went and looked the weekend prior to pick up and the entire staff was attentive and courteous while he was waiting for the paperwork to be approved. Our house recently burned down and the bank was confused with all the addresses in our names since we’re between homes. They were patient and understanding, and Rodger offered him lunch while waiting. We picked up our awesome new Gulf Stream yesterday, and the service department was very helpful when he walked us through the trailer and how everything functioned and the nitty gritty stuff to empty everything out! We were early birds too and he helped walk us through what he recommended we could potentially need as first time camper owners. Thanks to the entire RV Masters team for your kindness!
