I'm not sure of her name, but there was a very nice girl that helped me make 15 keys. She was very patient and did a great job! As I was waiting, at least 5 people asked if I needed help. Very friendly, very helpful! Great store.

I was very impressed with this store, it is well stocked, has good prices, is clean, and has friendly staff. I was in Georgia helping to fix my newly married daughter new old little house. I found everything that I needed there. Hope the locals appreciate it and patronize it so they don’t lose it.

They are a local store, so I don't have to drive 20 to 30 minutes into Savannah. They have a wide selection of items, so you can get almost anything you need. But most of all the workers inside are very pleasant, very helpful, and very knowledgeable... above and beyond what they have to do. For anyone in Richmond Hill, I highly recommend them!

While they are generally helpful. I brought in 2 transponder keys to get cut and they refused to cut them. I had even offered to buy 2 blanks to offset the cost. Pretty sad that you can’t cut 2 keys. Last time I’m going to this ace for anything.

The epitome of helping their community. Some Scouts from our troop were helping to run a Cub Scout day camp this week at the community center. The center asked if we might be able to help do something about their little free library. We ask Royal Ace to donate some of the materials needed and they jump at the chance. Within 10 minutes of asking, we were walking out the door with materials. The project came out great!!
