Zero customer service. I just left that store. When I walked in, I asked if I could take a look at the flowers they had. One of the employees said, ‘No, just wait; someone will help you.’ However, nobody helped me. Then, another customer came in, and they immediately started helping him. I want to point out that neither of us had placed an order. I do not recommend this flower store to anyone.

This flower shop is in the ligue of it's own. The quality of the roses is incomparable to any other shop, fresh, large and healthy. The customer service is excellent. If you like to surprise anyone with top notch quality bouquet, this is the only place to get them from.
Almost forgot, the prices are super affordable!!!

This place is amazing!!! Holy cow, they got all the colors you might think of, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. They just earn a lifetime customer, and I'm never going somewhere else as long as they are doing business.

Very disappointed with this place and people who works there. I ordered flower for my friend's party.Two days I was texting with them about my order.I sent the pictures of the flowers that I want. They even quoted me a price for it.I told them that I will pickup on this day at this time.They told me okay order is placed.So when the day came I drove all the way to the address to pick up my order.And they telling me there is no order under your name and there is no way that someone from them take the order from me.They were asking each other who took my order, but everybody's saying not me not me.So the guy who was in charge, he told me nobody took your order. I showed him my texts.I showed him the phone calls and he was looking me looks like I'm crazy.And he told me there is no way to have my order,what he can do for me just will give me the basic flower without no any decoration without staying on the line.They didn't even apologize for all this.That I spent all my time to order the flowers. I spent my time to drive to their address and I was ready for the party, dressed up with makeup and everything,but they make me to leave the store crying.
