I had gotten flowers delivered to my mom’s work last minute, and they did an amazing job , the flowers looked so beautiful and she loved them, I highly recommend getting your flowers from here!

I always shop here for flowers. The customer service is friendly and professional. Delivery has always been as promised. And the flowers are gorgeous. Unprofessional and a bit unclean desk personnel. Came 5 minutes after closing to buy an $85.00 plant for my friend's birthday. The guy with an earring through his nose would not allow me to purchase one. I asked a different desk customer service woman to set one aside and I would be back. I tried explaining this to the desk person today, but he still denied me the opportunity to purchase a plant for my friend. The store hours (new) are hidden on a half sheet of paper taped to the front door. I would still have time to spare according to the old store hours.

I ordered flowers to congratulate my best friend on her new job and not only were the flowers sent a day late, but they also were not in the best condition with some of the flowers looking wilted. I understand the concept of marketing versus reality, but I specifically ordered this bouquet because of the carnations and there were no carnations to be found. I have posted pictures of both, left is website pic and right is actual. I did contact the company and let them know how disappointing my experience was and I am uncertain if I will use their services again.

The arrangement isnt exactly how it looks on their website they used pink roses instead of red but thats to be expected it still looks great and she loved it

I am not a florist and even I know that having greenery in the water is a no no. Lovely arrangement but I will need to take all of these several dozen roses out and clean and remove the leaves touching water so that they last as long as they should. I shouldn’t have to do that when someone paid ~$300 for this arrangement. I know Valentine’s Day is your superbowl but when someone pays as much as the person who gifted me did, there should be care taken to make sure things are done right, especially when you’re boasting having an excellent reputation and providing personal attention.
I do appreciate the person who delivered though, she made sure to ring the doorbell and called and left a voicemail when I didn’t answer (I wasn’t home).

Pros: Smells WONDERFUL inside this place! My brother ordered me flowers for my birthday as a surprise but I missed the deliver person. Cons: I called them 3 times the following morning to reschedule the delivery and no one answered so I just went in and picked them up. There was a girl that came to the register from the back room and I could tell that there was someone else in the back with her that she had been speaking to. There were NO customers. I'm not sure why they didn't pick up the phone. Flowers were pretty, however once I got them home I noticed that some of them had dried tips. The main flower which was a Lilly wilted the next day and the 4 roses wilted the day after that. There were 2 other Lillys that haven't even opened up yet and they've now wilted too.

Not helpful at all! Came in to buy flowers for my daughters recital and I asked if they could help me put together the hydrangeas and baby breath I had in my hand and she said no! Can I please have some tissue then? No again! What was I supposed to do? Give my daughter a bunch of baby breath and hydrangeas separately?
