I found everything I needed here! The employees were incredibly kind and proactive—they reached out to help me before I even asked. When I was looking for a 4x6 piece of plexiglass, one of them found a used one that was just right and gave it to me for free. I was blown away by their generosity and service. Highly recommend stopping by—you're likely to find exactly what you need and more.

I'm not a homeowner yet so don't visit often but I usually go to get keys duplicated for work, and the service in Ace is always above average of what you get these days. The employees are either at the front door greeting, or they are walking around and greeting people. Lots of places you don't even get greeted these days. They are very friendly and helpful. I go out of my way to go to this location. Small storefront, easy to navigate and get help.

Ace Hardware at Nerge and Plum Grove Rd in Roselle is the best store! Everyone there is always so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I go to this store even though there are others that are closer. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. Great experience all the time!

ROSELLE Ace Hardware on Nerge Rd. is absolutely wonderful! Everyone that works there is helpful, kind, knowledgeable & willing to help in anyway!
I was having some friends over for a Memorial Day BBQ & my Weber grill was in dire need of a good cleaning, new grill grates & flavor bars. After cleaning my grill, I drove to several Ace Hardwares in my neighborhood, none of the stores had the exact parts I needed on hand(unless they were ordered online & that would have taken days) VINCE helped me & was able to get me everything I needed that day…he even let me take the accessories home to see if they fit my grill first! VINCE is A#1 @customer service & was so trusting & kind! BIG BOX stores CANNOT compare! I will always shop here 1st! Thank you Roselle ACE Hardware & VINCE, your kindness was so appreciated!
