I put a few local frame shops to the test recently and for custom framing, this is the best place! They are very honest and upfront, the work is high quality, they seem to beat price on the others. I won't be going anywhere else. One of the more popular custom frame shops took nearly 2 months, where Ron only took a week. He told me sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks, but never 8. This place is local, friendly, high quality, great price, 5 stars!

Found Ron’s Frame Shop on Google Maps. Ron is a true professional who makes great effort to find you exactly what you are looking for at a reasonable price. He helped me to replace broken glass with acrylic and reframe. He made every effort to make sure it was done well and with quality. I highly recommend Ron’s Frame Shop to everyone.

I had such a wonderful experience with this family business. It's a husband and wife that work together in the space right there on Fruitridge and Freeport. There were many things that stood out about the interaction; foremost, of course, were the customer service and quality of work. I was greeted right away with smiles and positive energy. Ron asked pertinent questions in a relaxed manner and offered artistic advice. He has a good balance of telling you what will compliment the style of the piece while taking into consideration your own personal taste. I had never before taken anything to be professionally framed, and he could tell, so he eased me into the price and did not pressure me to commit to the sale at that moment. He gave me a written quote and encouraged me to call around and make some inquiries to compare the pricing. I absolutely love that style of selling; it's respectful and oftentimes leads to the close right then and there. We agreed on a price, he gave me a time estimation, and, true to his word, 7 days later I got the call to pick up my framed print. It was...Perfect! There were little notes that the artist had sent me and he even laminated those and adhered them to the back of the frame. Really, we are very lucky to have a business like this right here in the Greenhaven - Land Park area. Please patron this small business; you'll love what you come away with!

I only use Ron for framing. He's super friendly and really good at what he does. I have had a few concert posters of value that he has turned into something that looks awesome on my walls. He does a great job finding the right mattings and frames to match colors. His prices are more than reasonable and he's pretty quick considering he does all the work himself.
