I purchased a defective product and called the number listed in the receipt I was told to return it for a replacement. The employee at the store refused to exchange the item that was purchased less than a hour ago and refused to give out the owner number. This is poor customer service!!!!

I felt super awkward going in and mentioned that I usually do this kind of shopping online. They were super nice and said that I shouldn’t feel ashamed coming inside and that I’m welcome anytime. They have a wide variety of toys. When I checked out, they gave me discreet bags that I can carry around with me.

I give them zero stars because I went there and was trying to ask lady some questions about the difference in the vibrating panties, she was on her phone and not listening, then I bought a pair get home, charge it up only for it not to work. Upon calling them all I got was call the manufacturer. Even the website on box was not valid smh. So I’m just out of 80$. Definitely would not recommend.

The staff are rude, they have bad attitudes and have no sense of what decent customer service is. I barely spent any time in the store because of how I was spoken to but perhaps I shouldn’t have expected any better. Let’s be real, that area is the center of the ghetto. You think you could walk into a store and be treated like a decent human being but they can’t even do that. I’ll gladly take my money amazon, VS or Frederick’s. Whatever happened to having basic manners? You people are just disgusting. I would NEVER recommend anyone to even look in the direction of this ghetto store.

I drove to the RK Portsmouth location last night, Feb 22nd. I rushed to arrive before closing at 12a. I arrived exactly at 11:45p. The open sign was still on, but doors locked. The employee behind the counter, apparently closing out, said they were closed. I could hear her despite being outside. Confused, I held up 1-2 (meaning midnight). She said they close at 11:45p. I already knew the game she was playing. Lock the doors early to close out so she could be walking out the door AT 12a.

Moreover, a white extended pick-up truck was outside waiting with engine running. I assume it was her significant other or date.

I returned to my vehicle to research what other adult novelty stores were still open in the area. There were none!

During my time researching, this white pick-up proceeds to pull off, only to return a minute or so later to park in another parking spot in front of the store.

Still, while in my vehicle attempting to find another open location in the area on my phone, this white pick-up pulls off again.

I finally give up on my research and proceed to my Hampton destination. I noticed the white pick-up had relocated to park on the Bojangles side of the building.

Whatever was going on, it was extremely unprofessional, lazy and shady.

I’m a consistent customer at RK and PB. They will never get my money again, even if I have to drive 45 mins across the border to NC for an adult novelty store.

All I wanted was a bottle of Rush. Lazy and shady employees such as this need to be terminated. There is no re-training for this conduct. This is just pure laziness and costs the owner $$$$$.

Horrible! Drove from another city, late at night just to check them out. Their hours of operation say they close at 12am but they do not. They turn away customers from shopping after 11:45pm. I called at 11:47pm while in route to confirm their hours hadn’t changed for COVID but assuming the hours were correct online I arrived at 11:51pm. The person on the phone said they “closed the register at 11:45pm”. What does that mean? It means they closed the store early. So I asked if they officially closed at 11:45pm the person said “no”. 😳

Wait a minute... if you close the register at 11:45pm, that means you’re closed. 🙄 Let’s not inconvenience AND insult the intelligence of customers.

They gave me the impression they are lazy and they were certainly inconsiderate of customers. They must not need new customers. Appreciate the importance of getting home timely. I also appreciate the importance of honoring the customers and the publicly posted operating hours. If you want to close at 11:45pm, post those hours on Google instead. Why frustrate customers who don’t know your “made up” non-publicly posted rules. As a potential first time patron, they can count on me NEVER being a patron. Good luck. There are other similar stores.

I was really shocked at the wide selection of toys they have I didn't know where to start... the beautiful BBW saved my life!!! Lia was amazing and very knowledgeable on EVERYTHING. She was very pleasant and made me and my girlfriend feel so comfortable. GIVE QUEEN A RAISE!! I will definitely be back to shop for my goodies with her.

I called yesterday and picked up a new toy. It was 200. Want to try it out last night. Open the box. It had a European plug on it. Called today and talk with whoever was on the phone. She said she couldn't do anything about it. I spend 200 on it. Can't use it because of the European plug. So if I was y'all. I wouldn't spend a penny in this place. They don't care about their Customers.
