Great team got my stuff embroidered quickly and accurately!

I had 2 projects done here. I worked with Patrick both times. Patrick was consistent, patient, and responsive. Work was completed in a timely fashion. The overall quality of work was ok. I’ve had similar items done offshore in China and the quality surpassed this company. Professionalism in the front reception desk is extremely poor. There’s a woman there who has limited people skills. Always shuffling around and unorganized. It always a process when you want to come pick up an order. Francisco is the main reason why I will not do business with them anymore. To be intentionally ignored without any acknowledgement while Francisco was on the phone was terrible. He saw me come in as he sat at the front reception desk and immediately retreated to the back office because he was on the phone. I stood there in disbelief as you would think he would end the call or at least acknowledge me but he didn’t. I rang the bell in anger and he came back and said he was on the phone and he’d be right there. I was in disbelief. Soon after Patrick came out and immediacy handed me my package. I told them exactly how I felt and will not do business because of this period. It’s completely unacceptable.
