I was delighted with their service and the beautiful flower arrangement they delivered. I called at noon and asked for a same day delivery thinking they probably can not do that. To my surprise, they were so kind and accommodating and delivered the flowers to mom with in a few hours. They texted me a picture of the flowers and informed me when they made the delivery! Excellent customer service and beautiful artistry in arranging the flowers 🌺 I highly recommend this flower shop!!

I purchased the Roses for my wife for her 70th birthday. They are fresh and very lovely. They made my wife very happy. Therefore, they made me very happy 😊 The delivery man was smiling and proud of his product. Thanks very much.

This is my go to spot for flowers in this area . Be it for a special someone or special occasion or just because this place has always done me a great job. Another amazing thing about this place is that I’ve never stepped foot inside their shop and simply describe what I want or the colors and they make it and deliver in timely fashion. Now be patient with them because they are a little hard to understand them on the phone but believe me they understand me perfectly. I only give this place 5 stars because that’s all the review allows. Really recommend asking about the flower puppies see enclosed photos

1/7/25 I picked up rose arrangements that was for delivery because I was not home I wasn’t sure if I needed be home for them and the florist stayed since I wasn’t home she would wait to make them so they would get wilted , after I while I called I stated I would get home in the next 30-45 minutes please deliver the flowers then I took more than 45 minutes to get home due to traffic I got home the flowers weren’t there. I called back they said it will take an additional 20 minutes since I had a card and they had to match my deliveries with other deliveries they had and to be honest i wasn’t even sure what time they intended to deliver because no information was given. I got there picked my flowers after driving another 10 minutes they gave me a box of chocolate since I picked them up and they didn’t deliver, the guy at the shop said this is for you since you picked them up, I said thank you and he never once said it was to cover the delivery fees1/8/25 I called back and asked if they can refund the person that sent the flowers their delivery fees and the guy told me that was the reason why they gave me a box of chocolate since I picked them up and the cost of the was 19.99 it cost more than the chocolate, I wasn’t aware and I definitely didn’t ask for that. In the future please communicate more and not trying to trick anyone

Edit I did not call the flower shop 10 times I called because I mentioned I need to know whether I needed to be home since no delivery time was given and I wasn’t home then I called again to see if they were ready and we would be delivered the lady stated since I wasn’t home she waited for me to call so said please deliver the flowers in the next 45 minutes, I got home 45 minutes later flowers were not delivered and I called she mentioned I had a card it would take an Addie 20 minutes that’s an hour and she mentioned she had to match my delivery time with her other delivery. I mentioned I needed to go back to Sacramento and there was traffic I would simply pick them up and whole the guy at the register said here’s a box of chocolate since you pick up the flowers he didn’t offer any $2.99 box nor did did he mentioned the box he gave me was $19.99
I’m not sure he is telling me he spent an extra $10 no one asked you to do that
I called the next day and I said can they refund the delivery money to the person that ordered the flowers since I pick them up he grabbed the phone from the lady and said they gave me a box of chocolate for delivery and it cost more , he said say that

And by the way there were people that heard our conversation that was with me

I ordered an arrangement from 1-800-flowers and this shop made and delivered the flowers. They are absolutely stunning and still look brand new and fresh almost 2 weeks later. I will be ordering directly from them from here on out. Delivery person was so kind and respectful of property. Thank you!!

Received TWO bouquets from my husband and another from my sister in law (after giving birth) through this cute little mom and pop flower shop and they were the most beautiful arrangements I have ever received!!! WOULDNT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS !!

This is absolutely my new favorite florist in Rocklin. I called on Saturday, 2/3/18, only 4 hrs before the shop was closing, and requested flowers for my parents' 67th wedding anniversary (I had forgotten to place the order earlier as I had out of town company), to be delivered yet that afternoon. I asked for the flowers to be all one color (yellow with a splash of white) and Rocklin Flower Shop certainly delivered! This arrangement is stunning and Ramin couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Roya even carried the flowers in to the house because my Dad was not able to. Ramin and Roya certainly go above and beyond in the customer service experience! Thank you for making my parents' anniversary extra special!

Second review: WOW! Rocklin Flower Shop came through again for Mother's Day! The second photo is that bouquet 2019. As always, talking to Ramin on the phone was delightful and I appreciate the great customer service. I'm not an "FTD" gal and I live in AZ so I always leave it up to "designer's choice" and I'm never disappointed at Rocklin Flower Shop! Give them a budget and let Roya go to town. The results are just beautiful as you can see and my Mom remarked how fresh the flowers were. Needless to say, Mom was thrilled. Let's all support the local businesses out there! These folks especially deserve your business. You won't be disappointed.

THIRD REVIEW - DECEMBER 2020: They did it again! What a beautiful flower arrangement for Christmas! I got this arrangement on December 17th from my boyfriend. I was worried it wouldn't last until Christmas but I am amazed! The flowers were so fresh that they look as good on the first day as the 10th day (photo on the right). I watered the arrangement daily and misted the flowers. It still looks beautiful! Let's all support the local businesses out there! These folks especially deserve your business. You won't be disappointed. Roya is so creative! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

FOURTH REVIEW - DECEMBER 2021: Another beautiful arrangement from Rocklin Flower Shop. So unusual and unique yet understated. The flocking is just the right touch. I add a little water each day and mist the flowers. It seems to last longer than cut flowers in a vase. I'm so glad this local business survived the Covid shutdown and I hope is here to stay for years. Plus they're genuinely nice people. Thank you again for another beautiful Christmas arrangement!!
