One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Probably the best actually. Oliver my salesman was off the charts awesome, and zero BS...just a great genuine person. Other great interactions were with Don the finance manager and brief conversation with the manager. I was really impressed and happy. I normally dread buying cars, but this was a really great experience!

Oliver was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! He listened to my wants and needs and designed the perfect vehicle for me! His attention to detail was made quite clear as he didn't miss a single one. I hate buying cars. I hate THE GAME, being stuck in the dealership for hours, feeling like I was hit with slime when I leave - usually without the car. When I tell you my experience with John Oliver McIntyre at Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was the EXACT OPPOSITE of any experience I have ever had. I am serious. I live on Long Island. I found a used wrangler on their site. I called and spoke with Oliver. He was different from the first breath. Maybe it was his accent- but regardless I did not feel like I was being sold on anything. He explained the Jeep I was looking for was gone to not drive up. He asked what I was looking for and asked for me to give him a few days. He called a day later, stating a Jeep that he thinks would fit my requests came in. It wasn't what I envisioned so I held strong and waited a few more days. He called again a few days later and said he had a few options for me. Sent me pictures, the price- and I chose the one I scoffed at originally. I put down a deposit over the phone and a few days later made my way to Nanuet from Nassau County. I was positive I was buying it. I have test driven enough Jeeps to know what to expect. The Jeep would not have passed inspections and be certified if there were issues. I told Oliver I was not spending the day there. I explained I needed to be back on the road by 1pm at the latest to beat the traffic. He said "I will have you in and out in 35min with the test drive!" Ha- I completed financing paperwork prior to arrival. By the time I drove 1.5hrs, financing was set and I was in and out in 35min. It was the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I will be back to Oliver and Rockland CDJR. 12 out 10

I would highly recommend this dealership. From the moment I walked in the door I felt like family. I was greeted by the manager Warren who is simply amazing and he passed me off to one of the greatest salesman that I ever dealt with. Oliver McIntyre deserves an award for his customer service skills. I sat with him for hours and he never looked away from me. He took his time to explain everything and gave me several options for a new lease. I asked for his honest opinion regarding my choice of vehicles (and it was the cheaper Jeep) and he highly recommended it to me. It wasn’t about the money. It was about making sure I was happy. He worked with Warren and came up with the best price that fit my budget. I was extremely happy!! After my decision was made I went to the finance dept and sat with Don who worked his magic and found all possible discounts for warranties. To sit and decide on things that cost money shouldn’t feel good …. But it actually did because I knew I was in good hands and being given the best deal.

If you’re looking for a new vehicle…. Go see these guys. I promise it will be worth it.
