Jason and Steven were great, they made buying a car enjoyable and not stressful. We bought our Ford Expedition from them and on the way home developed a vibration. They handled the issue quick and professionally. Had it repaired and back to us within week. Will defiantly come back in the future.

I had a great time financing a 2004 Forester through this place. I have maybe not the greatest credit score after losing my job during the pandemic and when my car broke down I found this place and Jason went out of his way to search through tons of lenders until he found one that would work with me when basically every other place I looked at before turned me away almost immediately. I always had to buy junkers from Craigslist before and was weary of coming to a used car dealership cause I had never worked with one and I had heard all these horror stories about how used car places basically just exist to rip you off but here was really surprisingly pleasant. Jason never put pressure on me to look at more expensive cars or anything, I got to test drive and look at the car at my own pace and never felt rushed into making a decision. The place has a really calm and friendly vibe, it's clear that all the employees are friendly with each other and seem to actually enjoy working there, they might joke around a little in passing but everyone is focused on their work and I never felt like anyone was goofing off and ignoring me even though you could tell everyone working there was having a good time.

Also since I did get an old car a few days after I got my car the check engine light went on, which in the moment was kind of frustrating but I contacted Jason if I could bring it in to have it looked at under the 15day warranty and I literally just brought it over in the morning and the next day it was fixed with no charge under the warranty and I haven't had issues since.

It was a very good experience overall and I very highly recommend rides unlimited. Plus Jason is the man, polite, friendly and straightforward he didn't mess around with me and clearly his main interest was just getting me on the road with something I'd be happy with, not trying to upsell me or try to get me to sign up for extra random stuff I didn't need.

Jason and Karl were extremely helpful in buying a car while in Michigan from them (in Illinois). I assisted a friend in purchasing a Crown Vic from them. We were able to do everything remotely, and I felt this dealership was extremely helpful and fair in all matters. I appreciated the transparency and help since I have never purchased a used vehicle before much less out of state.
They even had the ability to have the car delivered to his address (which just happened a few hours ago). I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

My credit was ran AFTER I purchased a car from them WITHOUT my permission . I also came in pre approved but they claimed they couldn’t take it just to run my credit 14 times and give me the same company I was pre approved for. And after I drove off that lot they continued to run my credit for a couple weeks . Pay attention to what they’re doing, because my desperation for a car to get to work was taken advantage of. (My engine blew on my other car) this is why I prefer to pay cash for cars, that was very shady of them.

We didn't end up purchasing a vehicle here as the particular one in inventory ended up having some issues they wanted to address, and another one that was more convenient to us popped up in the meantime.

However, Jason was transparent and honest with great communication all the way through--something you rarely find in this industry, in fact if they had anything similar to what we were looking for on the lot given our timeline we would have purchased here.

Next time we are in the market we will definitely consider purchasing here.
