When i was looking to have custom draperies made for my home, I ended up at Richtex due to not having the best customer service experience at a much closer retailer. I am so thankful I ended up at RichTex!

From the moment I walked into the store, I was very pleasantly surprised by the in stock fabric selection as well as the prices but the customer service is what earned my loyalty and will keep me returning.

It felt as though I had a team of designers to help with the process from A to Z. Not only were they professional, knowleagdeable and familar with styles/trends but they were so enjoyable to work with and made what i was concerned would be a daunting process, fun! From the moment I attempted to articulate the project and showed them a couple (bad quality photos) Patty and other team members including the owner got to work to help bring the vision to fruition.

They were able to easily guide me through obtaining the proper measurements and selecting a fabric that i love to help achieve a timeless and transitional look. The turn-around time from ordering the fabric and hardware to being able to install the very well concstructed draperies was very reasonable and they were actually completed much sooner than expected.

Whether looking for upholstry, draperies or any other fabric related project, I highly recommend visiting RichTex for your project needs. The fabric selection is outstanding, the prices are fantastic and the customer service is white-glove from A to Z.

This is my go to place for all types of fabrics for my home. Recently purchased beautiful velvets and crypton fabrics for upholstry projects I’m contracting. Staff are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. If you find something you really like, be prepared to buy it or find out if it can be reordered. Not every fabric is there long term. They also have full service fabrication for pillow covers, (all sizes of down and foam inserts), drapes, blinds, cornices, trims, rods, rugs, even ready made furniture pieces that are as comfortable as anything you will find elsewhere.

I loved Richtex so much that I have been decorating my entire new home with their luxurious fabrics. Each recommendation and measurement has been perfect and they have been incredibly professional. The owner even drove to another state to pick up custom furniture/headboards which I'd had made to compliment my masterbedroom. They have given me realistic expectations in terms of timeframe and have provided incredible service and products every step of the way. Today, I ordered a rug and additional window treatments. When you are investing what can be thousands of dollars in draperies and materials you rely on and trust professionals to measure and install. They have hit it out of the park! I could not be more pleased with the new drapes I ordered from RichTex for my master bedroom. I first visited the showroom and was helped by a friendly, knowledgable associate. She gave me lots of samples in cream and white tones, with different weights and price points. Once I saw them in my home, I selected my favorite and placed an order. The woman who took my order further assisted with getting the right length. I also needed blackout lining. They came in right on time and look so nice! The selection, friendly and expert service, and product quality surpassed my expectations. I will be back soon to decorate another room. Thank you so much!

My pregnant wife got taken advantage of when ordering some fabric for our baby nursery window which we only needed enough to cover a 71in wide by 87in tall for two small panels planned to be hung flat. They ended up sending her home with 13 yards of fabric when she only needed 6 if that. The owner was very disrespectful and rude. We will never do anymore business with them ever. Thanks for being a cheap skate and a terrible business owner.

I was referred to RichTex by one of their amazing customers, and she was SO RIGHT. This please has beautiful fabric and customer service. I had an issue with a custom order and the owner Don, called me. His core values are "if the client isn't happy, WE will make it Right" and that is exactly what he did, and even offered to rush any custom order that they did in the store, that is the best mantra you can have a business owner. The store manager Dan, was exceptional with helping me with anything needed. I can from a very large city and this kind of service is unheard of. The Richtex owner, employees and managers are top notch and they make the same town life more welcoming than ever. Thank you for all of your help and making this store outstanding in every way.

This is a wonderful source for home decorating fabrics. Very large with upholstery, drapery, and trims. The people are so helpful. They shipped to me after I decided on the yardage. My experience could not have been better.
