This is the second Christmas that I have used Richards Florist for holiday floral delivery to my Uncle. Unfortunately, I live out of state and haven't been able to actually see the floral arrangements but the feedback that I have received from him is, "These are the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen"! If he's happy, I'm happy! Ordering flowers online can at times be a little stressful as you never know what you will receive. Not with these guys! I highly recommend to everyone. Beautiful flowers, delivery always arrives as scheduled and reasonably priced. Thank you so much for your professional service and beautiful flower arrangements. I'll be back next year!

Excellent and fast service. We ordered an arrangement for a friend who just came home with a new baby. She was loved it! What was delivered was exactly what was displayed online. The additional add-ons were reasonably priced as well as the original arrangement. Everything was delivered within 3 or so hours of the initial order being placed. Super happy, highly recommend this wonderful business!

The Christmas table arrangement that I ordered was beautiful! The delivery driver went the extra mile and called to let me know the recipient was not home and he didnt want the flowers to freeze on this cold day. I appreciated that so much. We will definitely order from here again!!

Richard's flower shop is fantastic.
The roses and Bulb collection looked fantastic
I've only used them one time so far many more times to come.
Due to a little emergency, I had to change the way they were being delivered. They went above and beyond to get with their delivery truck to change the way that my delivery was being made even offered to bring it to a second location after hours.
I only give them five stars because 10 is not an option great place👍👍👍👍

Wonderful florist! Friendly, outstanding service. I ordered on-line and then changed my mind in terms of what I had ordered. I called very early the next day and they were super flexible, understanding and responsive - updated my order right away and it all worked out great. How amazing, 100 years in business! Not only do they have flowers but a great assortment of other gifts as well as some antique pieces that are very rare fines and handmade beautiful greeting cards. I have driven by this location so many times and had the pleasure of not only stopping in today but meeting very friendly owner. A gem for Kent and NE Ohio
