Easy to find once you're in the area and decently priced materials. Also very helpful with demos on certain days.

While I was there I needed some help understanding how to set some epoxy resin and measure it out and an associate poured a small amount as an example and showed me on the spot. It took 15 minutes.

Omg! I went to the store for the first time confused as to what I needed for my project and Nathaniel Tucker not only guided me in the right direction, but also showed me examples, and took his time to ensure that I understood all the steps of what I needed to do. I’m not sure how much he gets paid, but this guy needs a raise!! He even gave us references to check out online for additional tips. I’m so excited and confident to start this project now. It's great to have a place like this in the metro area. I know that if i have questions on materials or a process I can literally pick up the phone or drive over there and talk to super friendly and knowledgeable folks. Prices are competitive for the products - and sometimes can't be beat, especially when it's local pickup versus shipping large volumes.

I realized this morning I didn't need the rigid foam supplies I had ordered yesterday. The items had not shipped yet. They made it easy to request an order cancellation from a link right their on the order confirmation email.

Within 5 miniutes of submitting the request, I received a pleaanr reply from Nathan "Hey john, Not a problem. I will get you refunded. ".

Excellent place! FANTASTIC selection, awesome employees, and great prices. I was flying in from out of state and needed some molding and casting supplies ASAP, but wasn't going to get in 'til after closing time. They worked with me to make certain I was able to go ahead and put in an order and still be able to pick it up the same day. I've put in a number of orders since then online, and they always get the order shipped out in record speed (almost solidly the same day). I can't believe I hadn't found these guys sooner. Thanks again y'all!

This place ROCKS. Everyone there is super kind and knowledgeable, the team knows the products well and can make the perfect recommendation for whatever your project might be. I made a lot of huge orders during the pandemic to make face shields and they were extremely good at communicating and accommodating my needs. I cannot recommend Reynolds enough, it's a phenomenal business.
