I took my 2008 Lexus ES350 to Revolution Automotive Services in February because I knew it needed a lot of work (after being garaged in the South for 2+ years), and after researching a number of auto repair shops, I chose them because the reviews on their website were excellent. Tobby, Joe and Chris were all super professional, friendly and customer-focused. The car needed both major and minor repair work, and they did everything quickly and expertly. They communicated with me very well regarding everything that was needed and made sure I understood everything before I signed off on it. My car runs great now and their work includes a 3 year guarantee. I will use them again!

Did Service B for mercedes here. Great staff, very informative and fair pricing! Staff bought up other issues when doing the service and it was very helpful as I had no idea there was some potential issues to be aware of. Provided a complimentary car wash as well which was nice. Will definitely be back!

I have never truly trusted bringing my vehicles anywhere for service until I found Revolution Automotive. The team over there is top notch from the advisors to the techs. They always give a detailed report of their finding along with pictures to give you an in depth look at what exactly is going on with your car. The whole process is made extremely easy from loaner cars to after hours pick up and drop off. They truly go a step above to make it easy to have your vehicle worked on. They have all the same factory tools as the dealerships, making no problem too complicated for them to solve. I would trust their lead tech, Jason, to work on any single vehicle including brands they do not specialize in. He’s the most knowledgeable tech I have ever come across through multiple independent shops and dealerships!

Revolution is a great place. They thoroughly analyzed and fixed an electrical problem with my Volvo. They replaced the battery in my key fob for free. The folks who work there are so attentive, friendly and professional. When you arrive at your appointment they welcome you by name and your name is on their welcome chalk board. I borrowed a loaner car which made it very convenient to leave my car there for service. I highly recommend Revolution!

Overall good customer service, very polite and responsive. However, we brought our X5 in for needed 100k service, spent over 5k total, and car hasn’t driven the same since. Doesn’t accelerate properly and AC is noisy. Explained the issue, took it back, paid for my own transport back and forth (despite the fact they have loaners) to the shop, after a week of looking they said it was fixed. Took it back and still drove terribly, just didn’t have energy or time to have them look for a 3rd time. Next time will spend a bit more and just goto the dealer.
