I went to Retro Rick's on 4/19/2025 and it was amazing ! A friend of mine watches Retro Rick's Youtube channel and He's been wanting to visit his store. After months of planning me, my cousin, and my friend finally got a chance to go ! The store has some incredible memorabilia of things from the past ! (McDonald's, Nintendo, Sega, Star Wars) . While browsing around the store, there were a few arcade games that were set to free play as well as old video game kiosks that could be played. I loved seeing and playing the Super Mario themed pinball machine ! I purchased three old Pokemon Gameboy games: Pokemon Yellow for Gameboy, Pokemon Red Rescue Team for Gameboy Advance, and Pokemon Fire Red for Gameboy Advance. I also bought an old Burger King 23k gold plated Mewtwo pokemon trading card with pokeball stand in original box. Before we left the store I tested all my games and Pokemon Fire Red, wasn't reading so I took it back into the store and they saw that the pins on the game cartridge were a little bit dirty so they cleaned the pins and got the game back to working !

Amazing store with a great and helpful staff. Display units are playable and a great way to experience the old games. The fact that they have them out to lay vs. locked behind glass says a lot about their desire to share vintage gaming and not just make a profit! They have a $3 bin, which had usb controllers prefect for making a retro game cabinet. Their game selection is huge and ranges from bargain bins to ultra rares! Rick was there on a Friday night and was super nice. It's definitely worth the trip!

I aspire to go this hard. This shop was more of a museum than anything. So much cool stuff everywhere you look. The staff are beyond exceptional, so kind and willing to work and do research to guarentee best pricing when selling. Very very fair pricing on games and tcg. This is hands down my favorite store I’ve visited and going to be very hard to top.

I have been wanting to come to this store for several years but since I live in GA that isn’t easy. I was finally in Arkansas and made the trip to the store. I wasn’t disappointed. The store is fantastic with a ton to look through. Video games, toys, gaming magazines, etc. They have a great selection of everything and the prices were very reasonable. Walking into the store is bound to put a smile on your face. Rick and the other staff were great. I wish every game store was this good. Thanks Rick! I look forward to my next trip.

One of the best game stores I've been to. Prices are good, the store is clean, and the staff is friendly.

It's also fun to check out for the museum aspect alone.

If you're nearby, do yourself a favor and stop in.

Absolutely amazing place! The staff was all very friendly and took care of us from trade-ins to purchases. Big fans of Rick since the beginning so of course we had to make the 3 hour trip. They were genuinely stoked that we came all that way to check the place out and do some business!

My family and I drove from KC Missouri to visit this store because of his YouTube channel. It was a really neat little store. I did a little trade in and got a few things. The employees were really friendly.
