They were definitely disappointing at our wedding. My bouquet looked flat and awful it was supposed to be a cathedral bouquet. It was not. My bridesmaids bouquet was dyed yellow. He told me he could buy yellow roses. Obviously that wasn't true. Also the flowers and Ivey I requested were not the ones in the bouquet. Very disappointed.

My husband ordered a of long pink roses qoth a balloon for my bday. He got charged for that but deliver just regular flowers with no balloon. Order was wrong!!

I come here every year 2 times a year for my brothers birthday and day of death flowers and we even used them for my brothers funeral. This past time I ordered flowers they rushed me off the phone I still trusted them when I got there the flowers were not what I ordered. They were also very small and some flowers were dying already. I won’t come here again as I had to go pick up flowers from the supermarket because they messed up.

I ordered my wife flowers for our anniversary online. After the order was placed, 15 minutes later my wife called me and ask who I ordered flowers for (jokingly). She told me Carlos had accidentally called her to tell her they didn’t have flowers to make what I ordered. Once he realize he called the recipient number, he hung up on my wife. No one called me, so I called in later on and a lady answered. Pretended like she didn’t know what was going on and didn’t try to resolve this issue Carlos made, or the fact that they were out of flowers. She told me I hadn’t been charged yet and to just cancel the order and find another place. I asked her for the owners information, and she wouldn’t give me a name or contact number/Email. I guess Carlos’s mistake, became my issue instead of the business trying to help me get flowers delivered. I ended up ordering from The Flower Box in Dinuba and they were awesome. They text me pictures of the bouquet being made, and text me when it was delivered. A much better experience.
