Twas the Eve of Christmas, I rode to Rambach's in my motorized sleigh over the snow. The parking lot was covered in snow, but there was plenty...you know... The main door was opened by a patron so lively with a tied boxes that was ever so thick. I entered to meet with the smells of the bakery. The bakery is visible and you could see plenty of fresh delights being made. There were donuts, cookies, and cakes...You could pre-order quiches or tortiere...which was why I was there. I spied German Butter Stollen...At checkout it was proclaimed...Merry Christmas!! This bakery brings back so many memories...I will report back as my mom's birthday is a few days away and we will pick up a cake.

I called the day before I needed a Gluten free cake made for my dads 70th Birthday and normally they require a 2 day notice to fulfill that request. They didn't blink an eye and said sure we can get it done for you.
The Gluten free cake was amazing! The best Gluten free cake we have EVER had....so good we were convinced it wasn't Gluten free, but it definitely was Gluten free! It was so good that my husband even enjoyed it and he had yet to find a Gluten free desert that he thought tasted good.
We will definitely be getting more Gluten free deserts from here! Thank you again!

Smells amazing in this little shop! Wish they were open later on Saturdays, but I'll take what I can get. Their Australian Tea Cake is so good! Certainly a must try. Staff was very nice as well. Great experience visiting my first time! 🙂

I've been ordering my birthday cake here for 20 years now and every year it's the best cake I've ever had. I treasure the care they put into it, one year I asked for a skateboard picture to be put on a cake and they went out of their way to make it happen. I adore them, It's worth the visit !

I came in for lunch and had a chicken salad sandwich that you could tell was made fresh that day with love. The Mac salad was excellent and the tomato bisque (soup of the day) hit the spot. Even got a deliciously moist cupcake for dessert. I just wish I worked closer so I could go for lunch everyday.

Their Australian Tea Cakes are to die for!! It’s the main thing I get. Last time I got one that had maple icing and it was the best thing I’ve ever had. They also have French pastries and I believe they’re the only place that makes them around here now. You need to try one!
